Delivery from here always comes up with lots of missing items, empty boxes, stolen goods. The. You gotta wait on hold with customer service for online support. This store is always a gamble and therefore unreliable. Management doesn’t care and quite frankly, neither does Walmart and it shows. So I don’t blame management at all for this lack of quality trickling down.

JENEANE Helped me today she went over and above beyond policy to help me and this Walmart are you all my shopping at now? It is the best Walmart I take care of you. Everybody’s nice. She just happens to be the first person that’s done something extraordinary at the moment so please put it in her personal file if you can thank you, she’s awesome but this is the best Walmart they have more checkout lanes open. The people are nicer if they if you ask them or something is, they will walk you to it. It’s just amazing
I’d also like to give a very special thank you to. She’s a big time manager kind of person and she’s way up there, but she works her tail off. I always see her upfront and her name is.KAREN, she is solve problems that other people could not even solve right in front of me at the register
Speaking of the register, I also had a good second or third interaction with KAYMORIE— she’s fast she’s pleasant and she actually remembered my first meeting with her so please put all this in these peoples PRSONNELL file thank you

When I say the reviews for Walmart especially the Walmart on 1825 W Bell Road. Phoenix Az 85023 (so that there is no confusion on who I am addressing) are accurate you better believe them. Tonight at 7:13pm in the customer service /return department the cashier AJ need to retire, get better training or quit. Her attitude is the reason why stores are going out of business and people are shopping online. This grumpy individual customer service is like regurgitating and swallowing it back down.I came to exchange an item because the way I purchased(online) the system would not let me get store credit to buy what I needed to exchange for. AJ said it would have to go back on my card. Ten minutes prior to that another associate said it can go on store card. So I asked AJ to hold on with the return to see if the other associate knew something that AJ didnt. I said very clearly hold AJ. I was going to just keep what I had. As I was talking with the guy associate. AJ took it upon herself to hit thr return buttom and processed the return without me saying ok I will return it. What I am pissed about is AJ act like she did nothing wrong. I asked her why would you hit return until getting my final decison. Instead of her saying sorry my bad I hit the return and take accountability she said I am not going to stand here and argue with you. AJ you must not have ever had to apologize for a mistake before but you are too old to be childish. Know when to own up to a mistake. She walked off like a little kid because she was in the wrong and was called out for it. Joshua Novak is the front end coach for them. Joshua,AJ is not having your front end of the store look great. From now on I will go to another Walmart. Not this one anymore. Do better Walmart and AJ!

I’m a regular at Walmart, and I always have a positive experience. The store is consistently well-organized, making it easy for me to find what I need quickly. I appreciate the wide selection of products and the great prices—they never disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. Whether I’m picking up groceries, household items, or just browsing, Walmart has become my go-to spot for convenience and value. I’ll keep coming back for sure!

Horrible with any automotive services. Scheduled an APPOINTMENT at 4pm but the got a text message that my appointment was at 3pm called and explained I could not show up at 3pm. Showed up at 3:13pm and got checked in. Took an hour to get my truck to the bay at 4:14 for a tire change. Took an hour for them to do one tire. When asked for an ETA at 5:30pm was told it was going to be another 15-30 min. 3HOURS TO DO 2 TIRES IS WITH AN APPOINTMENT IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!

This particular Walmart had fantastic front staff. The people on the floor, however, avoided eye contact at all costs and blocked aisles with product. No good, floor staff should ask every customer if they need assistance. Every customer, every time!
