I stood in line for over 30 minutes then had to switch lines. Had maybe 20 items and wasn't allowed to use self check out for over 15 items. I have never hated a store more than I hate Walmarts. They are mis-managed so horribly that they are absolute torture to go to. TORTURE!!!!! No option for minus stars.

In my opinion I won't go back to walmart again probably
I had purchased some soap and I purchased some paper towels and 3. SD cards which I paid for and on the way out alarm started going off.
The lady that was there just looked at me and said go ahead and go through but I don't think they're handling things right at the store. I don't think Lawrence should win off on paper towels. Soap or 3SD cards that I paid for at their counter.
If they continue to do this, I think they're gonna lose customers across this country. If they can't have the equipment working right then they probably shouldn't continue doing business that way.

Store is messy and the employees act as if you are bothering them when you ask for help and when you do they don't even listen and say "I don't know". I know customer service sucks nowadays but you are there to do a job so do it or find somewhere else to work.
Update...The store has improved. It's cleaner and better organized. The staff...if you can find any are better as well. Only issue now is the registers and self checkout. The lines are way too long when they have 90% of them closed down. Why not open them? I don't get it.

I decided to stop by my neighborhood Walmart in Phoenix , Thomas store didn't allow me to enter the store with my backpack. I have laptop with my work in it and I was ordered to leave it by the door. And there's women coming here with purses bigger than my backpack. I believe this is discrimination

Employees are not friendly. Barely any registers open. Go someplace else to shop, not work standing in line to checkout for over 30 minutes.

It is what it is. It's centrally located. Won't rate any Walmart a 5.

I really like Walmart prices and products. Your employees need to learn how to be a bit friendlier!
They need to smile and at least say hi. Customer service is not your strong suit!!! Nobody has any manners!!!!

The store was ok. But the young lady working the self check out on the west side of the store was lazy and rude. I was buying 2 sweatshirts both had security tags I asked her to remove them please and she told me I would need to go to customer service to have them removed. The removal device was next to her she just didn't want to put her phone down long enough to help a customer. When I told her to please come void the sweatshirts off my transaction another associate grabbed the security device removed and removed the tags for me.

I don't understand why don't you guys open (all) the cashier checks. People waiting in line for half an hour because you have 2-3 of 33 checks open?
