So I got a flat at Walmart Well buying meds for my kids. I took the car to Walmart tire shop . 4 hours we waited. Mean while my two kids started running very high fevers. We ask over and over to please try and get us in. The manager was rude and said it didn’t matter what our situation was they couldn’t fix one simple flat just because my kids started running fevers. Ruthless people.

Recently tried to return an item that says I did NOT need to rebox when I input everything online, the supervisor and the person working in the returns section were both very rude and condescending. Very adamant that they can’t not take it if it’s not in the box because “they can’t resell the tv”. What I’m not understanding is WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO RESELL A BROKEN TV THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ME WITHOUT WORKING TO BEGIN WITH?? And why do the online policies and the in store policies not match up, unless they’re lying like they always do so that they don’t take a return. Not surprised seeing the location that this Walmart is in and the way the employees interact with paying customers. Ghetto and unprofessional.

The main thing about Walmart is. It's a store that has anything and everything you need for cleaning supplies food electronics. Hey, household items and anywhere from appliances furniture. Many things, so if you're in the area of 35th Avenue and Southern off of the South side of Phoenix look up Walmart, it's a big story can't miss it on the Southwest side.
And like I even said, if you're looking for produce groceries food. They got good prices on like cereal. The big bags chips frozen items, breakfast pizzand they got fair prices compared to fries or Safeway. So I recommend you go to Walmart plus they got top of the line clothes. Good deals on it. So I recommend you go there if you have any further questions.I'm here to answer in your help.You have a good day god bless

Most Walmarts suck but this one goes above and beyond. The parking lot is always a mess, it’s super crowded inside and there are always lines, they never have the items they say are in stock, the customer service is terrible and they don’t answer their phones when you’re at the pickup center. Ive tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never shop here again.

I don't normally write bad reviews but this Walmart sucks I called the auto center 4 times with no answer the 5th time someone answered and they hung up the phone. I called customer service with no answer either. The people here are lazy and they don't do their job.

I can't believe how advanced Technology is, yet Walmart no longer utilizes the Tap for Credit/Debit Cards. Also, it is against Walmart's policy to Manually type in Credit/Debit Cards, but they will Manually type in EBT Cards! Although, Walmart Customer Care tried convincing the Manager to do so She refused. So the Next time your Chip OR Swipe stops working better double check wherever you are at that they have the Tap or is able to Manually type in your Credit/Debit Card #.

Always busy. Parking will be less when they finish building the gas station portions.
They always have someone checking receipts even if you did self-check and got a electronic receipt or no receipt.
They've added a lot of lighting and displays in the middle of walkways a la Target. Still might have the cheapest prices in the area.

Ok Walmart is ok. However it's hard for me to get around I can even get around with out my walker. They are always out of those motor chairs. I know it's nagging. It's a handicap that I seriously didn't have. also your people that assisting for questions at the front door. Are to busy flirting with each other. And won't respond when you ask for help. 😞🥺
