If products aren't on sale at the other stores, it seems like their typical generic product is priced better than others. Also, their generic products are pretty good quality. I'd argue they are often as good as anyone else's non-generic brands. Overall, their staff is pretty helpful & friendly as well.

Customer service in the pharmacy drive thru depends on who you get. Sometimes you get a nice person! How ever on Friday12/20/24 the young lady that just stares at you and does not say "Can I help you" at the window is a useless pharmacy tech and doesn't have the skills to deal with customers. Gross to deal with these people

AI went in and purchase coffee Creamer.And trash bags Lost prevention ask me for a receipt. I didn't happen to print it off of the self check out.
But remind me the employees see me paying and I asked them to go. Let the lost prevention lady know that I had just purchased the items. I was walking out wishe refused to let me walk out. So I asked her to call the manager. She refused to call the manager. So I walked to where I purchased the items and ask the employee to call the manager. The lady's name was. Olivia.
And she says she's just doing her job.But miami she's not asking anyone else for the receipts And she also continued while I was waiting for the manager to review the video footage of me purchasing the items.
Continue continue letting customers not asking them for the receipts. I will no longer come to this Walmart. I live a block away from the Walmart. If I could review this as A0I would. Never never had this experience at this Walmart.Before this altercation. I was really profiled by Olivia.Due to the fact of my tattoos not everyone with tattoos or thieves

Update:
The only thing that has changed is now they have everything locked up. It takes about double the time to get through the store, especially if you need anything from the pharmacy area. You have to wait for someone with a key to unlock the door for almost anything. Soap, deodorant, shampoo, vitamins, etc.
Limited selection. Higher prices than the bigger Wal-Mart stores. This particular location needs to work on customer service, and their housekeeping.

This doesn't pertain to just this Walmart. Today, at the store I experienced two sides of human nature. I was walking down an aisle and I slipped and fell on some liquid cheese on the floor (which looks like noone had noticed). As soon as I fell, a young man who was with his dad immediately asked me if I was okay and needed help. I got up and immediately got a Walmart associate and told them about the spill so no one else falls. Though she sprung into action immediately, there was no "Sorry about it" or " hope you are okay". It was interesting to watch two different behavior for the same scenario.
Thank you to the young man for his courtesy and kindness.

WARNING: Walmart has fasley accused and wrongfully sought criminal charges against people from all walks of stealing due to simple mistakes and technological errors. This is based off of news articles that has been published and multiple lawsuits in the US and UK. The self-checkout technology is not a reliable technology. If you value your freedom and not to be fasley accused of stealing, stay clear of this store because there are no other options.

Convenient location for when you need to go get groceries real quick. Small items are locked up so you need to find an associate when purchasing that.
