It was my first time in a long time that I've used a laundromat. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful. She showed me how the systems worked and went through the machines and how they worked. Thanks. I appreciate her help. Overall, the place was so very clean and well taken care of. I like it when the people running these places take such pride in their business. And the care their employees show to the people they serve. Thanks for what could have been something I didn't really want to do today. But thanks too, that young lady at this location made it an awesome day.

This is a really good laundromat with the cleanest and most effective washing machines I have ever seen I just wish it was open 24 hr because wavemax sets the standard for how a laundromat should be plus they even have these super comfy bean bag chairs to sit in while your stuff is washing

Wonderful facility very clean, modern and super quick machines. Lived on the east side of central Ave and used the 16th St location for years and have recently moved close to this location-had money on my WaveMax card only to be told it wasn't good here by the phone translator had to pay another $1.50 deposit for a card very frustrating

This is my second time using this laundromat in 2 years(in between moves) and the employee has been the same both times. She is so helpful, has walked me to my car, greets everyone that walks in, and is constantly doing something. I can tell she is such a kind hearted person who is also very hard working. 10/10 would recommend this laundromat. It is exceptionally clean, vibrant/bright, and lively-there are places to relax and also tv’s to watch and music to listen to.

I've been a customer for a little over 2 years. The place is great and mostly clean. My biggest issue is the lack of large carts there are only 4, and lack of large washers, again only 4. This place is always busy and alot of folks myself included bring a bulk of laundry. Constantly all 4 big machines are in use which forces me to use smaller machines and have to use /pay more because rather than use 2 machines now I'm using 4. And my cart overflows because most of their carts are only large enough for a single load

This place is cheap and clean. They have detergent and such if you need. There are picnic like tables to sit. They have bean nada and leather recliners. They have large laundry bags for sale as well. I took pics of all. The bathroom is sooooo clean and I am fearful of public bathrooms cause they are usually 🤢🤮. The ladies working were very nice and helpful. They have charge stations for your phones but no cords, just the hookups and yes there is more than one. They also have tons of plugs if you have your own wall piece. I will definitely be back.🥰

Nice and clean, easy pay system to use, you can customize how much you want to add in the laundry card, not expensive, comfortable seats and cool ac.
