RACIST!!! They didn't want to give me my own money because I had pending Zelle transactions. Literally I transferred the money to US bank and they gave it to me in a matter of minutes. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK THEY AREN'T USE TO USE HAVING MONEY UNFORTUNATELY.

Suj Parakh is a "manager" here and she has a terrible attitude and horrible "customer service". She likes to talk over you so be prepared when you speak with her. She also let me know today that her and her crew are indespensable at this location. I can see why they have 3 they really need 0.

They won't allow you to cash a check with an ID. Apparently ID isn't enough to get $75.00 check cashed.

Existing customer opening a CD with a cashiers check. Good interest rate but as a business professional, the process was inept. The Personal Banker was only concerned with selling brokerage services. The teller line supervisor took 15 minutes reviewing the deposit - which was a cashiers check going into a CD for a customer with perfect credit and extensive other deposits. You don't know how to assess risk.

One banker and 2 tellers on a Saturday morning.... and unknown wait time for banker since apparently he has appointments back to back all day. But when the appointments finish early, instead of helping the next person, he just jokes and converses with his coworkers in the teller area. Very unprofessional. I've never seen a bank try to run with just one banker on a Saturday. I've been with Wells Fargo for dang near 10 years. I'd hate to move banks but I need a bank that works with the average persons 9am-5pm M-F schedule.

Super slow every time I go in.Also the hours. Can we get a normal schedule again? Or get more help so you don’t have to turn away your customers of over 13 years just because you have to go home.
