Always have to wait, and when it's your turn, they wanna state that it will be lo ger and close the teller. Then they chit-chat when the room is full of customers. I'm gonna start going to another Wells fargo. This is ridiculous

Need an appointment for service although empty it makes no sense. If you are not Hispanic just don’t even come. Folks got the easiest job ever not even being able to take small services in between.

Terrible service, you open the account and for whatever reason you close it they still give you the money and they want to charge you to change the money but they themselves give you your own money without shit

Wells Fargo on 35ave and Polk street has a very rude banker name Irish she has to be racial to encounters going in there she made up false accusations about my account left went to another Wells Fargo and everything was fine

Very non professional. The manager was not informative when explaining why I couldn’t have a check deposited here. I’ve cash and deposited checks the same way in Scottsdale area. Have no trouble what’s so ever. This location may need to be retrained or some sort.

I'm calling to talk to a representative and they don't give me the option to just dial 1 for this and 2 for that and they don't end and I don't want to hear any of that, I just want to talk to a person who answers personally or are they no longer answering? It's been declining in service over the years.Only two bankers and a line of people when I come in. The ATMs are constantly out of service or no cash available.
