This branch is almost as useless as Wells Fargo's phone support/online circle jerk. I asked a teller a question. She half-heartedly responded chewing gum counting money no eye contact...Very Unprofessional Hello Philippines.. The USA's corrupt government bails out big banks and they send the jobs to the Phillipines. Wells Fargo has become too big.. I'm transferring my money and sanity to a smaller bank like One AZ to avoid this BIg Bank do nothing mentality ... 2024 deal with Banks, Restaurants, and services that deserve our money. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Then handicap parking located next to a door that’s closed all the time, you have to walk around the building to get in. Once you are in the building, there are no regular it merchant tellers, only a guy to greet you and tell you that you have to wait for all the people to be helped regardless of whether they’re opening accounts or making deposits. Also, the drive-through is closed. Customer service is out the window at Wells Fargo apparently. No wonder the locations are closing all over the place.

Went to make a payment and I was told if I could wait 20- 25 minutes because they did not have anyone available to provide services. I ask the gentlemen if he could assists me but he stated he was "working the floor at the moment". I'm not understating how being a "Greeter" takes priority over providing actual intentional services.

You actually need to be on a wait list to make a deposit!! 20 minutes or more?? 1 person in line, but 20 minutes because they have 1 teller, and they take appointments online? ? terrible customer service.

Have only 1 teller. Up next on the list and was told I had to wait until someone was free as there is a person with an appointment. Waited 30 kin prior to that.

NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH dont even have tellers bankers handle everything and they only have 2 or 3 bankers so youll wait forever

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE I had @ a NATIONAL bank! Went to deposit CASH to a friend's account, and was told I Cld. Not do so!!! I first had to wait for a "banker" to come behind the plexiglass to help me, & then told I needed to get a cashier's chk! I wanted the deposit to be effective ASAP vs. having to wait for "the chk. To clear"....... I went back to my CREDIT UNION (Thankfully there's an alternative to banks like Wells Fargo) to get a cashier's chk which was no problem & easy!! I then went to another Wells Fargo branch on 7th St. & Glendale & was just as APPALLED re the AWFUL SERVICE! Again, you wait for a "banker" then I was told to WAIT AGAIN since they had to call my credit union to verify the chk. And, as I suspected, the deposit wld. Be credited the next day, but ONLY 60% of it!! The other 40% wld. Be credited SEVEN DAYS LATER!!!! HOW can this bank be in business!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE! BOYCOTT BIG BANKS- SUPPORT CREDIT UNIONS!!!!

Well let see they close at 4pm I thought it was 9to 5 not here another branch sent me here makes me mad ..drove several miles and 5 minutes too late.. would I return not if I don't need to .. would I refer any one no.. never..

God forbid they have hours that us working folk can make it to the bank.Only bank to be closed on a Saturday and weekdays open from 10-4 yet average person has 8-5 job.

I have been a customer of theirs since 1992. Deposited a check on local funds from a local company and back and the system placed a hold for the full amount on it. Spoke with a rep on the phone, they could do nothing. Requested it to be escalated, needed the funds in a timely manner. That rep also refused to do anything and refused to cancel out the deposit. Made it very clear that it seems to me they don’t want my business or anyone else’s as far as how they chose to treat their customers when problems occur. I am paying off this line of credit in the next few months and closing my account. I will do business with a bank that has policies that aren’t predatory and at least they empower their employees to be able to take care of their clients. Our family Corp has run millions in cash deposits through a local branch over the years and this sort of behavior from this bank is why we chose Alliance Bank for our banking and lending needs over Wells Fargo, switching about 15 years ago!

Avoid at all cost! Two people working the floor and three tellers. The two ladies working with customers were so slow an after taking their sweet time with each customers they went to take breaks for at least 15 minutes each. My bank is way different and a lot faster! If you need anything other than the teller. Get in line for a teller and expect 1.5 hour wait to get help. Otherwise make an appointment days ahead. The clerks will not take you early even if they have no one waiting. Honestly this place deserves a zero.

The experience was great ! The women that helped me was amazing , there was a woman that didn’t want to take me . She told me she couldn’t help me because it’s a hour wait and it looksLike she was just waiting for her shift to end the lady in the middle isle with glasses and bangs she was very helpful and professional she made sure my account was set up before leaving her shift . She was so nice energetic and helpful i wish i remembered her name but she made me feel very important! Thank you so much

Outstanding service. Luisa Nevarez was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs. We accomplished exactly what I needed done. She explained everything in details. I will continue to use this branch as long as she is there.
