Trash service and all the employees are extremely rude. Not only do my checks always have to be released when i cash at this location they aren’t polite all the employees watched as a old lady in a wheel chair asked for help with the door and me and another young lady had ran out to help her :/ its the small things that make a difference and hope no one else gets denied their money or has to beg for help opening the door

I am so dissatisfied with Wells Fargo they allowed me to get scammed over and over and it's been 2 months and I still have no relief what they're doing to their customers should be criminal

First visit was yesterday. I deposited 2 money orders into my landlord's account. Teller made me jump through hoops to make the deposit. Kept comparing my signatures on both mos. Then, she had me endorse the back of mos (?) and rechecked the signatures. I've been paying my rent in this manner for over six years and this was the first time I've ever been asked to endorse a mo meant for another individual. Can't help but think Ms. Teller thought I was a suspicious character. I Her behavior made me feel as if she were trying to show her superiority over me.I'm surprised she didn't ask for my ID. Never coming back to this branch. Feel free to contact me and I'll name the teller.

Went to this location due to convenience when I knew better because of past issues at this particular location. Once again they did not fail in messing things up again. I had two separate deposits which I informed the teller of. She asked if the deposit was to be made into the account noted on the back and I replied yes, again reminding her they are for two separate deposit each with the account number noted on the back. After waiting a while I received only one deposit slip back and when I asked where the second deposit slip was she stated she put them both into the same account. I reminded her that they were two separate deposits into two separate accounts so she took back the deposit slip for the correction. It was quite some time that I was there for the TWO deposits however I understood she was making the corrections to her previous errors. She gave me the two deposit slips I thanked her and left. Onnnnnly to find out later that the incompetent teller once again deposited BOTH checks into the same account even though each was marked for deposits into separate accounts and after being told multiple times they are NOT the same account. Sooooo frustrating. Drive further to another location for better service and frustration free! No wonder there rating is sooo poor!

This branch is starting to improve, their staff is getting better, but the culture here is still a little off. This is the least friendly WF that I have been to, while I think they try, they just arent as welcoming and helpful as they should be

Been here a number of times for change. They no longer take US currency and exchange it for smaller denominations. Unless you are a member. Like I'm going to join a bank that doesn't treat US currency as legal tender if not a member? I went across the street to Chase and they took care of me no problem.

Paid off a 2nd mortgage with WF that was connected to a pair of checking accounts. Noticed a $30 fee coming out every month after the 2nd was paid. WF was nice enough to contact me to go into a branch to switch to a different type of account to avoid paying fees. After sitting down with a banker I was told my best option was to open a new checking account that only carried a $20 monthly fee. I do my business banking with WF. Banker told me that doesn't count. Easiest solution was to close both accounts. B**** a** company only lives to squeeze as many fees as they can from their customers. They are as useful as syphilis.

Wells Fargo a little more down-to-earth than Chase Bank I would say
