23rd Ave and Happy valley location.... Such poor service. In lobby and can't even be acknowledged by staff. Truly unacceptable. Sad that Wells Fargos customer service is no better than Walmart.

What the h--- is going on with this branch and Wells Fargo as a whole????. I'd say they are to busy paying hundreds of millions of dollars in fines they don't what to be bothered by us the people who they make their money from. Service is horrible, no ATM, no drive through I'd now be happier if they would close. I've banked with Wells since the early 90s. I'm going bank shopping next week.

Thank you Wells Fargo for wasting my time and gas.Driving to my the bank today only to see they pulled out the drive through teller machine and replaced it with one you can see from the front door, but have no access to. The is locked? It's a good area, it make no sense.Why have a ATM if you are not going to let your customers use it except durning open banking hours? And on top of the fact that you are no longer open on Saturdays and shorter hours on weekdays, why bank with Wells Fargo at all?Unhappy

There isn’t an option for zero stars so 1 it is. This location has been going downhill for years. Now they don’t even have a drive thru ATM and it’s sporadic if you can use the one in the lobby after hours. If you need physical cash you’re gambling whether or not you can actually access your money.Update: I reached out to the email address provide by Wells Fargo’s response to my review. Not that I am surprised but I have gotten no response to my email. Friday I’m headed to close my accounts and move to another bank

Leaving for a trip this morning and the ATM is gone. They is an ATM inside, I think, but the doors are locked. No more drive thru window. Called last week two days in a row and was on hold for 20+ minutes each time, never spoke to a rep. Wire transfer send on Friday and I receive a message saying it could take two days. Really? I deal with wire transfers thru my employment and it happens in a few hours, not days. Called this morning and could not wait on hold any longer.When I return, I will be changing banks.More.......Finally got a phone call thru to the branch and it was routed to a call center. Call center had no answers, totally a waste of time...............

Wow, how do you ruin a bank location of all things?ATM is INSIDE the bank, which is closed after hours. And the only drive thru ATM outside is a WINDOW into the bank, which kinda ruins the point of it being an ATM since it doesn't work after hours without people.Useless location, hard pass.

I needed to make a wire transfer and Debbie offered to help walk me through the mobile app. She was amazing and so helpful. Then she reset my pin so I could use my debit card. It's so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service especially these days when it's so lacking. Thanks, Debbie for making my day!Carole

The drive up ATM at this location has been down for over 2 months. To make matters worse they lock the first set of doors where the other atm is during off hours. So basically if you want to deposit cash you're out of luck unless you can make it during normal hours. This is ridiculous at this point. I have banked with Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years but I am seriously considering closing my accounts and switching banks over this.

this was my go to bank. now trying to get anything done is impossible. they dont pickup the phone, they don't allow walk-ins. their online appointments are not available for weeks. they might as well close this branch for being uselessEdit: Dear Alex read my review. This specific bank is horrible. The ATM outside has been wrapped in a garbage bag for months. The ATM in the foyer area is never working. The employees are so rude and whenever you ask a question it’s like you’re bothering them. I left my bank card in the ATM and they keep telling me that they cannot go in and retrieve it, but not to cancel my debit card yet. I have no access to my bank account because they will not let me know if there ATMs destroyed my debit card or if it’s still in there I have called four times and they keep telling me that they will call me back when they get it out of the machine and it has been a week and I have not received a call from them. I have been contemplating closing down my bank account and going back to Bank of America or somewhere else because in the last almost 10 years that I have been a Wells Fargo bank member I haven’t really been a happy ✌️✌️

The operation manager has no idea about running a business.. I am very surprised to see people like that holding management positions at banks .. All they do is making it difficult for clients to deposit money , checks etc .. Wells Fargo used to have good customer service but I guess not anymore..

I tried calling this branch and another branch on the carefree highway and neither would answer the phone. I guess I will open my checking and savings account with another bank.

Although my favorite branch is temporarily closed, staff took my call and answered all my questions just like they would have if in person. The young lady who took my call was friendly and explained my options. I still felt very supported by my local branch. Thank you and be safe
