wow 2.8 stars...this branch has major management issues...the tellers are the worst i've ever experienced...Amada sits in back eating while getting a kick out of making you wait in line...i would not trust her to handle your deposits or account she is very rude and lazy in my opinion.

Unbelievably bad service. Been a WFB customers since 1983. Never had worse service and attitude! Last I knew taking care of the customer was foremost! There was only one teller open and one client ahead of me in line. A total of 5 people moved around behind in and out of teller area. A couple of them said ,"we'll be right with you". 15 minutes later, the one teller actually was able to help me. Won't be back to this branch, even though it's in my daily maze.

We have been with Wells Fargo for close to 20 years. This bank has eliminated drive thru service, no weekend banking, hours from 9 to 4 and now you have to scan a QR code and fill it out with your information and what you want. They say it is to make a customer experience better but it is doing completely the opposite. We walked into Chase and had a wonderful experience. I think it is time to close all our accounts and move to Chase.

This review in no way reflects the employees at the branch, they are all wonderful. This desert ridge location is trying out a new program with no tellers and only bankers. They are claiming it is a faster more convenient method but it is the complete opposite. Before this new checkin system I could get in and out in 5 minutes or less, now it's takes 30- 45 minutes for a simple deposit. We all know it's because your trying to save money with less employees so stop trying to play it off as the next best thing in banking!

Great service. The Premier Banker handled my accounts personally, and stayed a few moments after closing for us to wrap up our business. The rest of the staff is kind and approachable from my experience. Other than that I found the banking options attractive and the bank clean and well maintained. No bathroom though!

One of the worst managed Wellsfargo locations, if you need banking, notary or anything that’s not routine, this location is full of woke, non working, scared of COVID employees. They try to schedule every basic banking need days out.Drive down the street, another Wellsfargo, not COVID scared, notary on the spot and ran close to normal banking as possible.Wellsfargo needs to fire their woke HR department or the bank will continue to spiral downwards.

Extremely poor customer service. I guess Wells Fargo has all the money it needs given the dismissive way they treat customers. Unprofessional and down right lazy.

The banker Jon is an idiot. But wellsfargo in general is by far the worst bank. Much better products and services at other big name banks all around. If you're reading this, do a little research and find something better for yourself.
