I just checked with my Mom to see if she got hold of Wells Fargo @ 51st street and Elliot in Ahwatukee to purchase several thousand dollars of CD's, she said yes but the guy wouldn't set an appointment for her and told her to do it online... He was a bit gruff and tries to pass her off so she explained she's 89 yrs old and doesn't do computer stuff well. his response, come in and wait to see if an opening comes up. LOL, which are they, freaking busy OR super lazy. She's banked with them for decades and this is what she gets... The airhead that answered the phone passed up on a purchase of several CDs she was wanting to purchase and this is how she's treated. Neither I nor anyone who asks me will do business with an Ahwatukee Wells Fargo. I'll update other online review sites as well. Protect the people from bad businesses

it f.ing crazy that there is never a Banker available they ask u to make an appointment to take some over your appointed time seems like they were able to walk in if you ask me there is literally never anyone working and I'm always working hours of operatio this is a good reason for fill our people especially to start our own branches this is b******* fr time is literally money and if it's not theirs no one cares this s*** is annoying I do not want to leave a star at all horrible customer service I chose to not eat to handle this on my lunch that I move to the time that was available to have to wait wtf

The service is terrible. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 45 years and you cannot get a simple question answered or any problem solved without being on the phone 2 to 3 hours. Forget about getting anything accomplished in the branches as they have no personnel.I won't address the dishonesty they've been accused of in the last five to 10 years.If customer service is important to you this is not a bank that you should use.

I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 40 years! However, when my husband died they have been impossible to work with and have put me thru hell. We had a joint account with 2 checking accounts--1 with online bill pay and a savings account. When my husband died they locked me out of the bill pay attached to our JOINT account! It didn't matter I set it up and paid all the bills. I did it with his password. It didn't matter that I knew his password, they still wouldn't give me access. It was even my thumb print, which doesn't work now. They wouldn't even tell me which bills where scheduled to be paid. And, they didn't pay them! When I got notification of a late fee on 1 bill that was supposed to be paid and wasn't, I had to figure out if more were going to be ignored. This is a JOINT account and everyone just turns a deaf ear and doesn't even explain why I can't use the bill pay. They want me to re-enter everything. At a very vulnerable time, they have been awful and unsympathetic. Thinking about using another bank.

Awful customer service. I was told to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes for an available banker. I waited for nearly an hour, there was no one else in the lobby, and no one ever came out to assist me

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 15 years. Today I received the best customer service experience ever from Wells Fargo. Hats off to you Wells Fargo for helping me and understanding my situation. Your phone representatives are so spot on! I will continue to be your customer for years to come! Always 10 employees waddling around but only 1 teller ever working. Absolute joke of a branch. The atm's will also take cash for deposit but not credit your account for days. Hope you're enjoying that federal bailout money guys.

Justin was super helpful and so was Indy. I felt bad coming in to close an idle savings account that I no longer needed. The staff here were super nice and made me feel comfortable. Justin came out to the waiting area to ask what I needed help with and brought me right back to his desk. I let him know what I was there for and it didn't take long before he was able to find me in their system to pull out the remainder of my Savings after verifying my identity with my Driver's License and last four digits of my social security number. After that he did his magic and closed out my account. I just had to take the slip he handed me to the teller to get the money. Present my ID and bam, I was done in five minutes. That was fast! Thanks

Don't come to this location if you have large amounts of cash you are depositing. This is the only location I've ever had issues with. Last time I came here the employee said there was 15 less then what I figured (keep in mind I check over and over there is literally no way I am wrong) told the guy to recheck at which point he said I was right and it was all there. I just came here again today and the guy said I was 10 off of what I figured, told him to recount it at which point he said he ran it through the machine "three times". I know for a fact it was all there, I keep track of every single dollar that comes and goes from my pocket. I should have just asked for my money back and leave but I had somewhere to be, but being that this is a repeated issue with this location I'll choose not to come here anymore. Either the machine is wrong or the employees are stealing.

I must say, this bank is the friendliest bank I have ever seen. It's almost over-the-top how everyone greets you like you won the lottery when you walk in. Very funny
