LOUSY! I had a CD with them. It took 30 seconds to open. I spent 30 minutes trying to close it and they tell me it will be 2 days before I get my money. They are crooks!!!

TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE bank, I mean terrible !!! They barely have any employees working and every weekend there is a line outside a mile long waiting to go in to do their transaction !!! And also a mile long line of cars waiting to go through to get to a drive thru teller !!!! This bank is a freaking damned night mare !!!!!!!! Do not go to this bank in fact j may change to Chase bank after I see Wellsfargo's going down hill more and more !!

Why would you schedule 2 appointments at the same time if you only have 1 banker. The appointment is supposed to be for 30 min next perosn won't be free till approximately 45.after the appointment ,I came on my lunch. You barley have availability then over book it's bull.

Worst Customer Service only have 2 tellers I been waiting for almost an hour. Half of the time I was in line I was outside! wasn't the only one frustrated all the customers were also complaining. This isn't the first time!

Why does it take 45 minutes to get drive thru transaction done---that's 45 minutes after you sent carrier with your ID and WF card????

One of the larger more spacious inside branches. Line outside to get in due to limiting capacity. It didn't take long to get inside but then the power went out. It was very irritating but the friendly teller made it ok.

Came here to cash a check issued by Wells Fargo. They hassled me and kept on coming up with excuses. I eventually left due to what I felt was racial discrimination. Fook this place.

The teller I had the unfortunate luck to get was very rude. I was trying to cash a check, and then deposit a second check. Pretty simple stuff that I've done there before. Until today, this teller decides that the process I've done many times before now needs to be more complex and end with me not being able to do anything. So after waiting almost an hour in line, I left without accomplishing anything. So thank you Wells Fargo for wasting my time

All 3 ATMs were not working this evening and what a HUGE inconvenience that I had to go to another bank to do my transactions!! Very poor management!!

Amazing customer service. Friendly tellers, employee opening and closing the front door for clients. Every Wells Fargo has amazing service! I work at a competitor bank and know good banking service!

We were in this bank on Saturday November 1/2014 to get a cash advance for a purchase. We are Canadian and are down for 6 months a year. We had some difficulties doing so with the process due to Canadian banking rules. Jesus Brecedia was such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way in so many aspects of the transaction it was unbelievable. He should be commended for the service he provided for us. Very very amazing service and we thank him Connie
