Nice enough tellers if you can ever get to the window. Slowest service ever. There is always a long line to the tellers. Maybe due to WF closing so many branches

Wanted to give a shout out to Tesia S. I am a new Wells Fargo customer and went in to this location yesterday to open a new checking and savings account. Tesia was very kind, professional, patient and understanding in helping me set up my accounts. I know nobody really enjoys going to the bank since it’s kinda boring, but Tesia made my experience at Wells Fargo very smooth. Am glad I chose Wells Fargo as my new bank.

Where has the professional standard gone for personal bankers. Why do I have to look at your bank with a nose ring that looks like a booger hanging from her nose. Are you that desperate to hire that anything goes. It is disgusting.

I have had to go to 3 different locations and still no one knows how to handle my situation. Whoever the notary was that was working at 9:30am had a huge attitude with dirty looks and all. Idk if it’s an issue with no one being adequately trained or understaffing but she needs to get her attitude in check.
