Wells Fargo has been a great bank for me! The online banking platform is easy to use, and I’ve always had positive experiences with customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They offer a wide range of services, making it convenient for all my banking needs!

Don't go to this location I went to cash a check and was denied and the manager and old white was very rude. I went down to another location 5 minutes away they cashed my check no problem

I just checked with my Mom to see if she got hold of Wells Fargo @ 51st street and Elliot in Ahwatukee to purchase several thousand dollars of CD's, she said yes but the guy wouldn't set an appointment for her and told her to do it online... He was a bit gruff and tries to pass her off, so she explained she's 89 yrs old and doesn't do computer stuff well. his response, come in and wait to see if an opening comes up. LOL, which are they, freaking busy OR super lazy. She's banked with them for decades and this is what she gets... The airhead that answered the phone passed up on a purchase of several CDs she was wanted to purchase and this is how she's treated. Neither I nor anyone who asks me will do business with an Ahwatukee Wells Fargo. I'll update other online review sites as well. Protect the people from bad businesses!

it f.ing crazy that there is never a Banker available they ask u to make an appointment to take some over your appointed time seems like they were able to walk in if you ask me there is literally never anyone working and I'm always working hours of operatio this is a good reason for fill our people especially to start our own branches this is b******* fr time is literally money and if it's not theirs no one cares this s*** is annoying I do not want to leave a star at all horrible customer service I chose to not eat to handle this on my lunch that I move to the time that was available to have to wait wtf

Extremely fantastic customer service, I've seen customers go in with their problems and putting it out on the staff I've always seen them handle it calmly and help me out with a smile on their face like they didn't just get bombarded with insults. Thank you all for the fantastic service as always!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!! Lakika the representative at the window was super rude and refused to help me cash a check that was from Wells Fargo and rudely sent me away saying she couldn't help. I went to another branch and asked for a manager to review the check and find out why it wasn't cashed. She said she had no idea why the rep didn't help me and cashed it. I went back to this branch and asked for the manager. Linda Hillsboro (Or something with an H for the last name) came with the NASTIEST ATTITUDE I've ever experienced from a business. I informed her of the treatment i received from her branch and she said to do what I have to do and WALKED AWAY in mid-conversation!!!! Zero emotional intelligence that you would expect from a leadership position such as hers. I hate to use the term Karen in a derogatory way but she was the POSTER CHILD for the meaning of that word. I'm filing a BBB COMPLAINT as well as filing a formal complaint to the corporate office as well. I had to WARN anyone who reads this to spare themselves the experience of going to a poorly run location like this one...

Don't waste your time coming here after 4 o'clock. They are too focused on getting out of there as soon as they can, service drops tremendously after 4.
