First, I’m elated that this branch is now open on Saturdays.
The only challenge that I’ve faced is long lines, usually on Fridays.
There are people walking around, just wish they could serve the long lines.
However, I do understand that certain people have certain roles in the bank, so it’s tolerable.

OMG! This bank is the ideal model for THE WORST BANK BRANCH ON THE PLANET!!! The only thing worse than their insanely anti-customer policies is the horrible stone-faced attitudes of the branch management and tellers! Whatever you do DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO BANK!

Why would you have the system prompt for approvals but not have managers readily available to approve them. Always a terrible experience

I'm glad I don't come to this branch often. The staff was so rude the girl who was a teller was beyond rude she made me wait for a banker and never told a banker I was sitting there until finally someone roamed over and was like have you been helped it was a mess I'll never go to this branch again

They should have a class on proper listening. Been a customer there over 20 years. It’s pretty sad when they mess up a cash deposit. Pay attention; don’t assume they’re listening and only ask one thing at a time or a mistake will surely occur.

This Wells Fargo location is nearest to my office, and I was delighted to see that they have not one but two drive up ATM machines. Love this as it streamlined the process for a quick withdrawal/deposit. Definitely keep this location in mind as usually wait for the friendly location near my house, but this is also a great place to stop! If you are in the area, and bank with Wells Fargo then check out this location!

I know business owners that bank there. I was told that they are happy with there relationship, business, and enjoy doing business with Wells Fargo Bank, in Ahwatukee at 48th and Ray Rd.

Terrible branch. The workers refuse to help you with anything, they can't be bothered to lift a finger. Need something Notarized? They will just argue with you. Avoid this branch at all costs unless using the ATM.

The fact that there is consistently one teller available on a Friday afternoon blows my mind. Every time I go I end up waiting 30 minutes or more for a simple transaction

Bad customer service.Only two tellers for more than 12 customers in line; A lady from a school PTO with a time deposit, and another person from a business with some large deposits.Another teller taking care of the drive thru.They were really busy, but management did nothing to solve the problem.The other bank in Ahwatukee Foothills close at 4.They can easily solve issues if the other 4 people working in the computer stop a little bit and help their coworkers as tellers and everything works better; Just a point of view.
