Second location i attempted to come to on my lunch break. Its obvious they cut stuff all the branches look empty and their lines are always stupid long. Then they have worked just observing from behind thw glass chatting with eachother. LEADERS SHOULD JUMP IN AND HELP DURING RUSH HOURS.

I’d give a zero if I could. Terribly managed branch. The same feeling you get when you’re at Wal-Mart and there are 15 checkouts, and they only have 2 open... A line outside the door with a bout a 30-45 minute wait. Two Wells Fargo employees standing at the door greeting customers and letting them in, but just talking the majority of the time I was there. Two (managers maybe) employees behind the tellers just standing there. A total of seven employees in the bank that I saw, and only two tellers doing a majority of the work. Managers need to learn how to manage the team they a have. There was no attempt to move staff around to handle the influx of walk-in traffic.They could have moved one of the two greeters to a teller spot to open a 3rd window. A manager could also open up a 4th window to meet customers demand when needed. Instead, 2 people worked, while the other 5 stood and talked.I would highly recommend not visiting this branch.

Set an appointment that was 2 weeks out (closet date they had) and was told I couldn’t open an account without 2 forms of ID. Not sure why they didn’t specify that on the appointment info online or in the reminders they kept sending me. Apparently I’m not the only one to complain about this the manager said. Anyways couldn’t open an account and was super frustrated and decided to stick with chase. Wells Fargo needs to do better.

Came in to see a Banker and deposit a check, the door was look and when Jessica Sanchez opened instead of having a nice welcoming she was like, what do you need, like that type of welcoming is that, I asked to see nací, she was off so instead of giving me an option about setting up an appointment or something she was like you need to call her to set it up. The teller did an good job thou a little slow but communicative?

Yasmine was amazing. I tried calling the 800 number which was very disappointing. Then googled one close to my house but that person was not very helpful. She basically pawned me off to another location. Didn't even try to help me. I then called another location and spoke with a more than helpful person by the name of Yasmin's who went above and beyond. She also gave me helpful hints on what to do so I might not have to go through this again. She deserves 10 stars.

Amazing customer service. Banker Jessica assistant my husband and I. She is extremely knowledgeable and did amazing with explaining everything and answered all of our question we had. Bank was nice and clean. I highly recommend Jessica and this bank location.

Outstanding service... was asking about opening an estate account and the Banker went above and beyond finding info for me, helping with who to go to. she remembered me from Before, smiled the whole time. I wish I could remember her name, left paperwork at home. Banker at desk in the middle. I am always welcome there, always.

I got a temporary card from this location because my old one just got to old. The temporary card gets rejected more than accepted. You know how embarrassing that is? Not once not twice but a boat load of times. I couldn't even get something to eat on my lunch time. Thanks for the embarrassment you caused me.

What a circus. I've need been in a bank where I have to raise my voice for someone to hear me. But because the way "management" handles their customers it's become a disorganized mad house. I've been banking with Wells for a while now and I have NEVER seen a branch like this. Not even in DTLA was it so crazy. Get enough staff on duty to handle this. If In and Out can handle a bigger crowd and it's all teenagers running that outfit, then a bank should be able to. I will never stop at this branch again.
