Great Bank, and great customer service. Everyone is always so nice. I use this bank at least 2 or 3 times a week with no issues (for about 2 years now).

if I could rate zero stars I would! This bank has THE WORST customer service from the tellers to the Branch Manager, Jennifer Emery. The teller "sent an email for someone to call me". A week later I stopped in as no one had called me. I had one quick question regarding the changes WFB is making to my checking account after 40+ years. EVEN the manager said I had to make an appointment or go through customer service. How is that serving the best interest of the customer.

They opened up an account for me I never approved of utilizing $25k of my home equity. I called the FBI. This was 10 years ago but I closed all my accounts

They have the wring hours listed! I raced here to get a bill paid and according to YELP and The Wells Fargo web page they were supposed to be open until noon. They were not!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience banking with Mohamed. Rude teller; purposely took longer once I told him I was in a hurry. Glass window warrior, act bearable and do your job.

Mohamed is rude, his white shirt has dirty stains all over it - my guy, use some bleach on your shirt and your mouth and watch how you talk to grown men behind a glass window.

Mohamed is rude, cursed under his breath and behaved in an antagonistic manner when I simply needed to withdraw my money. made me take my sunglasses off because I "didn't look like my picture" - asked the manager for her name and card, she laughed and asked why before walking away. definition of unprofessionalism. clearly don't enjoy their employment, branch shouldn't even be open
