Phone bankers have no authority to help, so it's inconvenient to have to go in to the bank to get things done. However, when I did go in, Boris Bannavong was very helpful.

Very poor customer service for business owners!!!I have been a customer since 2010 and have never received such poor service from any other Wells Fargo location!My only regret about this review is that I can't leave 0 stars!

Asked for an appt and was told all schedules were booked. There was not a single customer being assisted in the bank except for myself and one other gentleman who was at the window. I’m not sure what “booked” means to the employees at Wells Fargo? Regardless, another example of laziness or incompetence or simply not caring. She did offer another appt next week but…that was ridiculous. I’ll stick with my old branch.

I sat down with Sam to talk about signing up for my first credit card. She was AMAZING she explained to me the different options and answered all my questions about the different types of terms she was using. She was extremely friendly and had a sense of humor! She made my experience at this location amazing, she had me in and out within 30-45 minutes ! Thank you Sam for the awesome customer service. Someone give her a raise!

They literally had an employee of the branch standing in the parking lot yelling at people not to park there. Rude. Wouldn't bank here if I had all the money in the world. Very poor customer service.

I came in and was greeted by two bankers. Very friendly location. I came in to get a document notorize. :-) Mike Hansen is the banker who helped me he was friendly and helpful. :-) Gracias!

Despite the current news, I won't bank anywhere else because of the awesome people at the Desert Foothills Wells Fargo branch. They have taken the time to get to know me and my family and therefore only make recommendations that I would actually be interested in. Further, the few times I have had banking issues, whether it was the bank's fault or not, the Desert Foothills branch went above and beyond to solve the problem for me. There's only one thing I would change about this branch - they need a coin wrapping machine! Other than that tiny inconvenience, I am a very happy banking customer. Thanks!
