My Grandson Mikey and I stopped for a frosty. There was a older gentleman without any Wendy uniform that was cleaning up inside. When we ordered with a young man at counter who was very kind with Mikey.

Dave's Double is one of my favorite burgers at Wendy's. The one I had last night was lukewarm, unseasoned and lacked the juicyness I am accustomed to. I feel it's something that the person that prepared it should have caught. Really unfortunate.

Staff trash talks customers when the to go window is closed but you can awkwardly hear them talking. I’ve been coming here (unfortunately friends and family like wendies) for years and it’s always a bad experience.

You would think that you would get a hamburger that’s for the price you pay you would get it warm fresh and good no not so my hamburger taste like it’s been sitting there for days. It taste like cardboard. The fries are freaking cold. I’m so sick of these people are these companies that have these employees that don’t care

They did not give sauces for the items I ordered. They also hung up on me for no reason. Said if I wanted sauces I had to come to them after I called again. This is the manager!!!

I'm not sure if it's the quality control or just my appetite playing tricks on me but I've noticed I usually have a 50/50 chance of either getting what I ordered and it tastes amazing or it's like I get the car behind me's order and it looks and tastes like it was all cooked in a microwave. I gave them such a high rating because they recognized these faults and have been doing a damn good job at figuring out the way to fix the problems.

Very hostile drive through experience after placing a mobile order. Employees seemed angry we were using the app and complained we did not come inside. Incredibly uncomfortable experience.

I ordered at 730pm on 3/16/24. When I got there the guy on the intercom said "Welcome to Wendys" but the girl on the intercom said "One Minute." I waited a minute or two then said "Hello" and she said "Whenever You're Ready." I then said "A Number 6, Large With A Vanilla Coke" (which is a spicy chicken meal). I got to the window and the guy tells me my total and trys to hand me the soda; the soda doesn't look large so I asked of it was a large meal and he looks annoyed at my question. He then asks for a large fry and I hear someone say "again" and he pours out the soda and the girl looks at him and looks at me like I didn't just tell her I wanted a large at the intercom. Then I ask him for bbq sauce and chili sauce and he only puts bbq in the bag, so then I said again "and chili sauce" and I am pretty sure when rolled his eyes. But don't walk away when someone is asking for something and expecting good service? When I got home the meal was a regular chicken, not spicy, and barely any mayo...definitely not impressed today.

Bathrooms were terrible men's and women's were both clogged toilets no paper towels dirty gross just gross eating area and bathroom as well...

Their manners and service are both impeccable. It's a convenient location and they always have a full menu. I have yet to be told that anything has been out of stock.
