Worst bank i've ever dealt with in my life!!!! Does not deserve not even 1 star!And i thought BofA was the worse bank ever well this one top rated of the worse banks ever!!!! The ATM machine at Gila Bend broken all the time!! ? came to the goodyear one not a single atm on site!!Came to the Phx branch too and here is the worse! not an ATM on site either!! I practicly drove all the way from Gila Bend to the last location thinking there was an ATM machine. I as a new customer made the worse choice by choosing this bank!!I thought it was going to be convienient for me because i live in Gila Bend and it turns out its the worse mistake ive ever made!!!? to top off they don't even offer the zelle option for convience!! What a major BIG dissapointment with this bank!!Now i cannot take my money out till they open back during the week..PC of ? they should offer weekend services and zelle since they dont have that many branches and also give a option online to activate the ATM card because they don't even offer that...Here i am no active atm card cannot take my money out to pay some of my bills!!! ? im closing my acc as soon as get a chance!!!! Stay away from this bank folks!! You better off with other popular banks!!

I recently had the opportunity to work with West Valley National Bank on a joint project and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of all of their staff - especially Frank! I worked with many different employees and every single one was extremely knowledge and just a joy to work with! I really can't thank their team enough for their prompt responses & attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them for all of your banking needs!

Ryan with WVNB is extremely personable and professional. He has gone out of his way to simplify the loan process. Compared to working with other large corporate banks, the experience with WVNB has been much easier. Given the relative complexity of my lending needs over a three month period the bank quickly put forth a proposal that granted me flexibility and a highly competitive rate for a business term loan.

West Valley National is likely the last bank in the country where personalized service still exists - and their level of service is outstanding. I recognize that the number of branches are limited, but I will gladly go a few minutes out of my way to receive the quality of service offered by West Valley National Bank.

When I go into the Litchfield branch the teller cheerfully greets me by name. My transactions are handled quickly and efficiently.

Tina and Paula at the Litchfield Rd. facility are as good as they get. Transferred with them to WVNB from Enterprise. This is coming from an ex-bank president who was in charge of HR for 30 years. I was in a small rural bank in Illinois.
