If you can make it from the parking lot, into the store, without being asked for money, seeing a crackhead, or an active altercation, you are golden! ONCE inside, dont count on finding what is actively advertised for "Friday and Saturday only"; everything is gone by Friday. I went to this Fry's and tried to do Western Union and the manager lady said you're not allowed to send Western Union to people that are standing next to you ..then we asked the manager to try again and she said no we have the right to refuse service i said "but why are you refusing service" ....she shruged... and that was the end of it they don't do their job there.i hate those post drug addict workers...maybe if my friend i was with wasn't black...smh tf!? You have the right to refuse service so that translates into when my job gets hard I will refuse service ..that's what you get at this Fry's

I stopped to get a drink at Fry's. As I was pulling up to their gas station, I can hear a lady screaming and yelling. Then I see her with gas spewed out all over her and the ground.

My mom had a horrible experience, she is elderly and disabled and got stuck in a dead motorized cart for 3 hours after numerous attempts of getting someone to help her and bring her a new one, she even called from inside the store to the store to see if someone could help and was told someone would take care of and hung up. The manager offered to buy us lunch for our troubles and came up with excuses why there weren't enough carts for the disabled and elderly on senior day

No worries here its onside of the Frys at the customer service desk..the cashiers are always polite and curtious when ever I have had the pleasure of speaking with them...no, no one in my family works at this Frys lol!!!

today this frys gets a 1 star from me. I ran in for two (2) items and wanted to use the about 15 item express line. In my line #8, there was a guy with clearly 20 or more items and in the line #9 some guy with what looked like a cart full of baby products (formula, baby food, etc) using WIC checks. he should have been in another line. Totally unacceptable business today.

Pharmacy Phail!! (fail) Called in prescription refill to automated system last night. System tells me it will be ready after noon the next day. I go in at 1:30pm. Not ready. Told to come back in 15 min. I come back in an hour. Not ready. Can I wait 15 or 20 minutes? I said no, I'll run an errand and be back in an hour. I thought 3 times would be the charm. No. This time, was told that they didn't even have it in stock and it would not be in until tomorrow. I'm mad but appreciate them telling me.
