You cannot deposit cash or checks in their ATMs. If you close your account in the first 3 months for whatever reason they charge you $25 to close it. If you need to dispute a charge on your account they tell you you have to go to the vendor that you're disputing and have them write you a letter saying that they overcharged you and only then will they give you your money back. It's a big inconvenience to me to have to stand in line to make a simple deposit. I will never open an account at this bank again.

Bank there for a year now. Horrible. Twice my account was hacked. First time it took them weeks before putting funds back into account. This time its been over a week! The ATM doesn't take deposits, fyi! Find another bank.

My daughter ruined two of my banking accounts with well known banks. As a result I am now banking with 1st Convenience. I have been with them for a very short time and so far, not too happy. I don't care for their online banking and what is it with that small ridiculous ATM machine? I recently called customer service to ask a question and the woman I was unfortunate enough to reach answered me with a no they don't, and rudely hung up. That's not to say that all of their reps are that way but just one is enough to turn me off. Yes, I love the hours they offer, however, it takes more than that to make the customers happy. Unfortunately I don't have the choice to go back to the other banks and I am not a happy camper.

Horrible customer service ! They are not here to help all they want is your money ! All I asked was if they could break a $20 bill and they very rudely said No! You have to bank with them and pay their banking fees to make change! Any other bank would have done it ! I was at the one in Goodyear Inside if Walmart on Estrella!

This is a horrible predatory bank company, which primarily markets itself to people with less than perfect credit. When you open an account there they lay down certain rules and regulations to you that don't necessarily apply later on during your experience with them. Later on they send out blanket notifications changing these rules or they claim to, many of which I never had heard of. . ThesePhantom changes can cause your account to become overdrawn and they will quickly jump on you with service charges that can sometimes move into the hundreds of dollars. In my opinion this is intentional. Their personnel and branch level management don't stay very long and this high turnover level can be a problem. Their knowledge of Bank policy tends to be very sketchy. They also tend to be very young and less than business-like and professional in their handling of customers and procedures. I do not recommend them to anyone. Find a solid reputable bank for this can have a very negative impact on your financial condition.

I really like this bank it's has been by far one of the best banks that I have banked with. They are always ready to answer my questions and help me through anything. I especially love their hours of operation they are opened 7 days a week at extended hours which is very helpful for people that work late days or have unique schedules. I mean they are opened on sundays and even holidays for a few hours!!! How awesome is that :) Just keep in mind they are only in Arizona and Texas but I do not mind this at all.
