I'm probably being generous with two stars. Waiting for the pharmacist at 9:00 PM got to the window at 9:45 & was told I only had 2 prescriptions but I had received a message that my prescription was ready and it listed the three prescriptions. Finally after showing her the message she said she never said that I only had two. Whatever...If there was another option close by that was also open late...now they're only open until 10:00 PM...I'd go elsewhere....It's too bad that they're customer service and pharmacy staff aren't anything like they used to be.

The pharmacy is incompetent and very rude. Tried to over charge me and said they did not have time to call my insurance company.

I had been using this Walgreens pharmacy for years. There were many times when one of my prescriptions was due for a refill that the pharmacy was out of stock, but they seemed to get it in the last day that I had 1 pill left. The prescriptions I take, I am never supposed to miss a dose and my Doctor even wrote it on the 6 month refill order that to please have the prescription in stock because patient needs it every month. I put up with the one being out of stock for several months but since walgreens always seemed to get it in the last day I had 1 pill left, I put up with the stress each month wondering will the prescription come in before I was out. And then it finally happened, they were out of stock and when I had taken my last pill they were still out of stock. I spoke to a pharmacy staff person and she said that the prescription had been ordered and was expected to come in the next day. I had to miss 1 day of taking medicine but called walgreens the next day the pharmacy staff said prescription was supposed to come in. But prescription was not in yet as I was told and I asked pharmacy staff person when it was supposed to come in because it was dangerous for me to miss taking this medication. Pharmacy staff person said it should be arriving the next day and I asked her if she was sure. She said No so I asked to speak to manager. The manager said he would look to see what was happening with this prescription and put me on hold. A few minutes later, someone else came on the phone and asked me if I was being helped. I told her that I was waiting for manager to check on a prescription for me. I was put on hold again and same lady I had just spoke to came back on phone and told me that manager said my prescription was there and I could pick it up. So before I spoke to manager, I was told it was out of stock by another person and it may or may not come in the next day and then after I talk to manager, the prescription was there? I picked up the prescription and told them this would probably be the last time they would see me. I found another pharmacy that sends my prescriptions to me in the mail and the one that Walgreens seemed to always be out of stock was mailed to me several days before I had taken my last pill. No more stress of wondering will I get my medicine on time. I know Walgreen staff are probably over worked because of staff shortage but this is my life and it seemed like they could care less whether or not I ran out of my medicine. Oh well

I stopped going to Walgreens about eight years ago based upon their incapable staff however today I had a scheduled booster appointment for my Covid, I arrived 10 minutes early and went to the window they had no record of my appointment, after searching through my phone I gave them a confirmation number. now they found my appointment, my 310 appointment turned into 330 before they even brought me paperwork to fill in I asked how long I would be here at 3:10 and was told we don't know, at 3:30 I asked again as they gave me paperwork to fill and I was told I would be at least another 30 minutes, at that point I realized this is the most incapable Walgreens I've ever been in. if you scheduled an appointment for me and told me I had to be there 10 minutes prior and then have no idea how long I'll be there then why are you bothering to schedule appointments, the staff were not only rude but ignored other people standing in line, I read reviews on this Walgreens, this is not the best one to go to in the valley obviously. It'll probably be another eight years before I go into a walgreens again hello CVS Thanks.

To start, I have compassion for those working in this industry, especially now. That being said I am so grateful this is not my pharmacy. I have as much disdain for this pharmacy as their staff has for their customers. If you have options find another, even if you have to drive a bit. I made an appointment for a Covid Booster and came here solely because they had the earliest available day. I arrived and waited in line, was told I'd be called up for my info to be taken. Then I watched the staff member who spoke to me tell her associate why I was there, very telling body language. So I sat and waited for approximately 20 minutes as others in line were checked in for their appointments. I got back into line for another 15 minutes to finally have my info taken. When I inquired about the potential additional wait, being 35-40 minutes in, I was told there were people ahead of me, much as I suspected. One could say they are understaffed, overworked. I'm sure they are but the rudeness and lack of care I witnessed while waiting and experienced is why I left. I haven't seen the like of it in a long time and to see people who are ill spoken to that way and looked down upon, especially by the woman I had the misfortune of interacting with, no thank you. One day she will be sick, in need. I hope she is met with less disdain and perhaps learns something. I made a new appointment elsewhere while waiting as I knew what would occur. Spare yourself if you can. If you have to use this pharmacy my heart goes out to you, no one should experience this.

The service at the pharmacy is unbelievably awful. They are extremely rude and not accommodating. My daughter needed a COVID test to fly back to Canada. The website gave us locations far away so we drove 45 minutes to get to them. We got there 30min early and there were no cars in the drive thru. We had already received a text saying the test was ready. They refused to take us early. Then they said the would take us 15min early and when we pulled up again, they refused again. We needed to wait outside in a neighborhood with nothing to do for the full 45 min. What made it worse was how aggressive and angry they seemed with us. We have had many tests for travel at other Walgreens and pharmacies. It we have arrive early, they have always accommodated. What a horrible Walgreens.

Managers an a** with everyone, the night manager is a big fat lady, she wouldn't give me her name so I had to ask her old lady cashier who she paid little attention to, she was more busy giving everyone attitude and working on some boxes at a snails speed rather than helping out, but the cashiers are all mostly nice....except the fat a** in the morning name marisela I believe, very rude

So there are a lot of pros for me to this store. Its clean. Its on my commute. They stock a good variety of items so I can usually find what I need. Last week I took advantage of one of their BOGO sales. It was the giant bottle of supplements since they were out of the smaller ones (that were also on sale). I ended up going to a different Walgreens and finding the size I wanted. I came back to this one to return the two bottles I had purchased. Jacob, the cashier, tried to return it for me, but for some reason it was only returning one item. He called over Gianni for help, but since Gianni doesn't know basic math, he wasn't really able to help. I kept explaining that since I paid $44 for the two bottles, I need to get $44 dollars back since I am returning both of them. Gianni sat there and argued for a good 5 minutes with me saying that since I got one bottle free, I should only be getting back $22. I kept telling him that Im returning exactly what I got, so I should be getting back exactly what I paid. His incapacity to calculate basic math and use logic started to wear on me. I got loud. Enter Anthony Silva, the Asst Mgr, who comes to the rescue. In two seconds, he understood my dilemma and handled the situation correctly & promptly. I got back my $44 plus my tax as Gianni walked away. I did tell Anthony that I really start hoping they math test people when they hire them. Because Jacob & Anthony were helpful, I will still shop at this store. I just hope to never deal with Gianni again. Oh, and sidenote for anyone else who is returning something, it has to be done after 8am. I stopped here on my way to work to try and do the return, but I had to come back after work because the morning lady said returns aren't til after 8am. Kinda weird for a 24-hour store, but ok. Then when I came back after work, I stood in line (annoying lady behind me not understanding social distancing) behind 2 people. I find out only when I walk up to the cashier that I have to do returns at the photo booth. Great, another 5 mins wasted (only 1 cashier open).

October 7, 2019 9:30pm I walk in looking for absorbing jr for my sore achy muscles. They didn't have it so I asked the pharmacist which topical analgesic is the best. Why else would anyone be looking for that kind of over the counter medication? This over weight arrogant bigoted pharmacist proceeds to give me medical advice! 1st let me educate you! You're a pharmacist, even if you have your Pharm D you're still not a Medical Doctor! You're probably 35 but, you look like you're in you very late 50's at best! I know about hydration and by the time I came in I had drank 112 ounces of water and I finished the night at 160oz. I'm a Disabled US Army Iraq War Veteran! That has used Walgreens for a very long time because the Veteran Affairs hospital's are a joke!!! I guess it time to take my money else where because this is the 2nd time I've ran into small minded bigoted pharmacist. Yup I'll be going elsewhere for my medical over the counter needs!!!

Let me preface this by stating I have been getting my prescriptions from this store for over 40 YEARS. But in the past year, they decided to do what they could to make my life HELL, which made me come THISCLOSE to going elsewhere. Like many seniors my age, I have a lot of monthly prescriptions. My doctor wrote scripts for each one, specifying the MONTHLY dose to be dispensed each time. And this was great, ordering each month by phone or online, until about a year ago. Apparently, Walgreens gives its pharmacy people an INCENTIVE to PUSH refills that span multiple months. While it might save a few dollars on co-pays, it is NOT really an option for me, since I have to go monthly anyway, because one of them -by law- can't be filled for more than a month at a time. I EXPLAINED this to them, and insisted that they ONLY dispense one month at a time on ALL of my meds. They did not listen. I constantly found that my options to renew (online) were for 2 months, 3 months, even four months. That is not manageable for me, since I have to know WHAT meds I need each month, and I'd have to COUNT remaining pills in a bunch of bottles to find that out! Again, I told them ONLY ONE MONTH quantity at a time. Again, they continued to make multiple refills. When I challenged it, they said "The doctor OK'd it. He sent an electronic prescription for those quantities." I checked with my doctor, and he said he did no such thing (and doesn't even DO electronic prescriptions, only on paper scripts.) In one case, we found out that the pharmacy called his office, and asked the RECEPTIONIST if it was OK to fill multiple months on a few prescriptions, and she said "Probably, since wrote it for 6 monthly refills." The receptionist claims she said to hold on for the Physician Assistant to authorize it, but the pharmacy tech who called said "That's OK." and hung up. My doctor was LIVID when he found this out, and was prepared to file formal charges with the Pharmacy Board. This continued for ONE FULL YEAR. I got increasingly upset about this, but nobody there would help. I called the corporate Customer Service line, and all they did was connect me back to that pharmacy! Finally, I called Walgreens Corporate Offices, spoke to a secretary and told my story. She agreed that this was not permitted, and would follow through on it. A few days later, I got a call from Mr.Cruz, the store manager, who pledged to straighten it out. The next day, he told me it was "all settled" and the prescriptions were waiting for pickup .. and they were. But, the following month, THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! Really, this is the most UNprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I finally got the store manager to take a more aggressive position with the staff there, but this should NOT have happened to begin with.
