How do you not have 1 rotisserie chicken available at 5pm on a Monday....A 30 minute wait??? Come on people...get it together

I would give them a 0 if I could. Just left a buggy full of cold groceries sitting at the manager desk and walked out after they clearly could see I had a discount on my phone but not on my receipt. No one knew how to take care of the issue. This is the second time this happened. I recommend everyone go elsewhere.
