First of all Maryan is a very professional manager and very welcome and there are two more people who are very nice. I stopped going because some of the workers are so rude to the point where they will accuse you removing tags with my luck I seem to love something and when I take it to buy it . There is no tag . And yes the prise has gone up so much it is ridiculously very expensive on jewelry household and everything else. I rather buy it new .

I’ve donated there twice now and shopped there once. The employees are so rude and judgmental.

Overall a organized store, but the prices are ridiculous! So tired of seeing thrift stores over price for certain things, like used and faded clothes/shoes.This thrift store over priced everything!

The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Prices at this location seem much higher than the location I usually shop at. The biggest negative is the rudeness of the employees. They need to learn “not to judge a book by its cover.” I would have been tempted to pay their high prices if I was greeted, spoken to or at least acknowledged. One of the employees was asking another where a certain ”boutique”purse was and she glared at me like I was the one trying to steal it. My advice is to go to the Scottsdale location or support another thrift store.

The store prices are a big high, but it is very organized and clean. But I’ve been in there twice at this point and the people that work there never greet nor appear friendly towards me even in a fairly empty store. I would rather go somewhere more welcoming with better pricing for sure!

I was there today with a friend looking for some cool used shirt. I thought I saw a price that says $.65 on a T-shirt, so I went downstairs to confirm, and I was told that that item was actually $65. They are looking at brand new prices on eBay, and then pricing them at the same price. Every time we go back to the same things are always there, it is way too expensive, you’re better off going to Macy’s, or Nordstrom rack for astronomical prices. This is the highest priced thrift store I’ve ever been to in my life and the stuff isn’t great. Do yourself a favor and just stick with Goodwill or your local thrift stores. I hope one day someone lets the owner know that this is an a bougie boutique store. Save yourself some money, and go to Goodwill, or somewhere else.

This place has the worst pricing I’ve ever seen in any thrift store across the country. It’s like they look at eBay new prices and that’s what they put on their products. Every time I go back there the same things are there because nobody wants to pay full price for something used. Some of the ladies that work there are nice, but most of them are standoffish because they’re bored, or they don’t like people buying and reselling. They have shirts that are worth about five dollars, that they have selling for $65-$75. It should be a crime how much they’re charging. I will not be going back. A little tip for the owner, you’d make a ton more money if you lowered the prices for normal people to buy your used products.

Nice thrift store! Clean and lots of variety and I thought the prices were very fair. Will definitely be in my regular thrift rotation.

the pricing in there should be illegal.absolutely insane behavior of this establishment calling themselves a “thrift store”. i honestly do not know how the general public affords to thrift there.having “daily deals” does not help the fact that everything is overpriced. things shouldn’t be astronomically priced THEN discounted. make it make sense. do better “white dove”.

Pretty overpriced junk. Nice store and well organized, but they want $25 for a small tripod with no plate. The mens clothes are worse then goodwill. The prices are way to high.

Way over priced. Didn't see anything that was worth going over there. I would never return.

Two story thrift store!Store is very neat, clean, and well organized. You can tell people are really working hard to keep it nice. Clothing is arranged by size, and racks are not over packed. It's easy to shop the racks of clothing.Dressing rooms are available, and they are spacious.Prices are a bit high. However, there's a tag system here, so there are bargains. One color tag was on sale for $1. Another color was 50% off, and a third color was 75% off.I paid a little more than I had planned to on a wallet, but it was just what I wanted. I got a bargain on some postcards, and the lady threw in some 50 cents stickers for free.I would shop here again, especially if I was shopping for clothes for a special occassion, and didn't mind spending a bit more than garage sale prices.

I'm an avid thriftier of this location and their few others. I was just in there looking around & picked up a belt from the boutique section. The only reason I had picked this belt up was because it was under $30... while shopping the tag fell off. As I went to check out, I informed the lady at the desk that I had lost the tag while looking & wasn't sure of the EXACT price. (it was 25) She went to the back and came back out and priced me $40??? Absolutely ridiculous to market yourself as a charity run thrift store then try to scam your customers for more money?? Don't know if it was because i'm a younger gal or complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
