I don't know if I can even find the words to express how amazing Whiz Kidz Phoenix is! From the very 1st meeting and tour, I knew this was the place I wanted my granddaughter to be. I kept an open mind while visiting other daycares, but when you know, you just know!! The infant program is beyond perfect. The teachers are engaging and attentive and nuturing. I've had the pleasure of meeting many of the teachers and everyone is extremely kind. I am completely comfortable leaving my baby girl in their hands as she is thriving in this new environment.

Whiz Kidz is a okay place to send your child. I thought long and hard about this review. We went there from September 2022-February 2023. They had a curriculum change and after Christmas, my son stopped engaging in their program. My son may be developmentally delayed and this preschool helped open our eyes to that. They did show us local resources to get him services and evaluated and we really appreciated that. We discovered that he is more likely to respond to negative attention than positive. They dismissed our child from their program because he had unsafe behavior, hitting, standing on tables, and would not participate in any activities/was disruptive. It was very strange he was motivated to complete holiday crafts, but nothing else. He seemed to think the only way to get things done was to be rewarded with candy. My rating is due to some hardship we experienced. When incidents of unsafe behavior were reported we were not allowed to speak to the owner, we were not allowed to know what was occurring before the behaviors occurred, the center used rewards to praise some children, but were not willing to use other forms of reward for specific children, the center was focused on child’s behavior when it was negative but very little reinforcement for the small positive behaviors. There seemed to be a low amount of staff per classroom, my son had one teacher present in a room of 24 preschoolers. I went to pick my son up early one day and he was separated from the group with another little girl they were behind a bunch of tables and chairs while the staff was cleaning but everyone else was outside. My son is allergic to dairy and they were giving him cows milk and cheese for the first three months, I had to walk in during snack time to finally catch it and have it addressed despite telling many teachers he could not have dairy and we turned in paperwork at enrollment that demonstrated the allergy. I hope it is better there now, but my son had some special needs that they just couldn’t accommodate. I offered to volunteer in the classroom and I have a level 1 fingerprint clearance and they refused to let me come help show them how to work with my son. When I asked for updated information on how my son was responding to their curriculums they dismissed him from the school. My son still asks when he can go back to Whiz kidz, it’s very sad, he made friends there and thought he was doing better. I hope it was a learning experience for everyone involved and the teachers got more resources in how to address toddlers behaviors.

We enjoyed our time at Whiz Kidz for over 2 years. Reasonable food, adequate equipment and curriculum. We had wonderful teachers in the 2s. The 3s had on-going turnover and less structure. Some constructive criticism: Understanding that no business is exempt from current economic conditions, the standards for the directors/assistants are non-existent. When we started, Theresa (?) was professional and the place reflected it. The revolving door of directors/assistants over the past year were clearly desperation hires and the place reflects it.During COVID, vacations were taken away and have not returned. Feels punitive and petty.

Have had 2 kids that have been at Whiz Kidz (32nd St and Thunderbird). PreK was great prep for my now kindergartener. Love that they prioritize being outside when the weather allows. A lot of thought and effort goes into their (“home cooked”) menu. Appreciate all the updates in the app to see pictures and the daily activities.

My daughter has been enrolled with whiz kids preschool for a little over a month now and so far she has loved it. The teachers helped make the transition super smooth and easy for my child. And my favorite part is that they do their very best to give you updates throughout the day and update through the app to such as possible. It’s nice getting photos throughout the week of my child interacting with other kids and doing projects. I think it’s amazing that they do their best to update all the parents in my child’s class and there’s literally 20 children in there.

The teachers and staff at Whiz Kidz are amazing! It is so nice as a parent to know your child is safe and happy during the day while we are working. The teachers are caring and send pictures, videos and notes throughout the day to show us what the kids are up to all day. My son begs me to pick him up last minute everyday, so that he can play with all his friends! We love Whiz Kidz and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare!

The experience here at Whiz Kidz is nothing short of amazing. You’re greeted as you walk through the school by every teacher. Classrooms are clean and full of artwork made by students. Teachers are always eye level to the students teaching, playing and comforting. Teachers like to meet with parents about the personal growth of their child, planning for present and future. Pictures and updates are sent throughout the day. My kids love it here! I highly recommend Whiz Kidz!

I love Whiz Kidz! I have worked for this company a little over 3 months and have no complaints. My two year old also attends and I love his teachers. The app is amazing for updates throughout the day and always knowing what is going on in the classroom. I would recommend anybody who’s looking for a job or childcare to come over to whiz kidz. This is the best company I have ever worked for!

The staff at Whiz Kids are amazing. We just got our 2nd enrolled and hope to keep the kids there until kindergarten. The entire staff knows every kid. They are great with communication, and keep us updated with progress reports. If the kiddos have a great day, or even challenging days, we usually get a play by play at pickup (unless it's too busy, understandably). They keep track of the milestones, keep things interesting with food, and help the kids learn so much. We are all treated like family. I couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. The parking lot sucks, but that's a small price to pay for the countless benefits.

Whiz Kidz has been absolutely amazing to my family for over 6 years. my first went here and the experience was great so we immediately signed up my second when it came time. This time around has been just as wonderful . lots of new faces but not lacking in care. they have always exceeded expectations and I would recommend them to anyone in search for care for their little ones. peace of mind is priceless when it comes to knowing they're in great hands.

Love this facility, the teachers care and are very involved in teaching all the kids while still having fun. The meals are great that they prepare in house and is really convenient! My child has gone here for years and this is his last sadly but he loves coming each day.

Whiz Kidz has been nothing short of a magical experience for my son and our family. The teachers are caring and attentive, the classrooms are clean, and the brightwheel app is updated throughout the day to keep us connected. This school has a culture of fun learning while making things easier on the parents. I am very grateful for the wonderful environment WK has created. #whywelovewk

When we moved to Scottsdale we had looked at some preschools and even placed her in one by PV Mall. But what my main concern was the hours staying open till 6pm because I work various hours in sales and my husband worked various hours too. And how many hours she could stay and how much. Most places we found they would charge so much a month like over $700 for only 3 to 5 hours of preschool. One school charged $8 per hour which added to too much! This preschool is awesome with the hours and the fact you can have your kids there for 10 hours works for our busy schedule! Our daughter loved school so much playing with the other kids we let her stay the full hours. Some things I really love about Whiz Kidz1. Daughter was so comfortable and really liked all the staff.2. They have an outdoor playground that kids of various ages all play together. So not stuck inside all day.3. Great teachers. At first I was worried that she wasn't learning but I gave it time.

My daughter has been going to whiz kids for about 7 months now. When I enrolled her I felt guilty for the time I was missing until I realized enrollment was the best thing for her. My daughter is thriving here with teachers that truly love and care for her. She gets to learn social skills and how to express herself in a healthy environment. Every day she comes home having learned something new at school! It's so amazing that we're constantly updated through the brightwheels app so I can let go of my worries and have peace of mind. Whiz kids is amazing! So great full for all the staff especially Ms. Athena and Ms. Theresa! Also of course a huge thanks to the amazing teachers that work so hard daily to make our kids feel loved!
