I stopped by after work to return a couple items that I didn't end up needing and wanted to look at some molds to make Jello in. Something easy for my 5 year old to make with me. I was in my work clothes but I wasn't disheveled or homeless looking, I just got the sense that I was not welcomed. The cashier was unhelpful and it's not like there was a long line. She said the only molds they have in the store are for bundt cakes? Seriously?Had I had a do-over I would have returned my entire purchase and not shopped there at all. I do need a few things so I'm going to head to a different kitchen supply store in North Scottsdale.

Went to go pick up an online order. It was late rainy night and wasn’t not dressed the best but I was met with a rude staff member who was an older lady. Who then gave my friend and I a nasty look like we did not belong there. She weirdly asked us what we ordered before even asking what the name for the order was. Proceeded to put our order on the floor and not hand it to us. Very rude.

You can buy the same products online for double the quantity or half the price, staff are rude and condescending. Don't waste the gas money just buy it on Amazon.

During my last 2 trips to this store, some of the staff were surprisingly rude. Yesterday, a male employee snapped at an elderly guest who didn’t understand what was being said to him while I was checking out. Why should I shop in store if employees are going to take their anger out on customers?

They sold me a bakeware set that was used. Customer service would do nothing for me. Overpriced trash.

Woman with glasses and short hair was rude to my husband who asked about the price of an item. I know Biltmore is a high end mall, but I didn’t realize that asking about a price would elicit such a rude response.

Thank you to the worker with glasses, middle aged gentlemen for helping me with my coffee. I was rudely ignored or not taken seriously by an older women with short hair and glasses while he approached me and helped me find the pricing for coffee.

Pre-ordered in August a halloween chocolate coffin treat. Week later realized the "quality" ingredients included red dye 40, cancer causing chemicals. So I called customer service to cancel. In September the customer service said they submitted a cancelation request. Months later, not canceled and then end of October it ships. Arrives melted and broken. I call customer service again and they inconvenience me further by making me return it to the UPS store. The customer service is awful. The quality is poor. I'm done with Williams-Sonoma. I do not recommend this Company to anyone.

Recently, I bought an expensive bottle of olive oil at Williams Sonoma in Biltmore Fashion Park for $42.95. It was intended as a gift for a friend, and along with that, I purchased several other items, making a significant shopping investment. Unfortunately, when I brought the bag home and started unloading the items, I noticed that the bottom of the olive oil bottle seemed to have exploded, causing it to leak from the bag.Naturally, I felt frustrated and upset after just purchasing the item. When I called the store to address the issue, I was disappointed to hear that they couldn't do anything about it since replacing such an item went against their policy.I suggested that they should instruct their point of sales representatives to better wrap breakable items, using more than just one piece of wrapping paper. Additionally, it would be beneficial for them to inform customers about the product's fragility, especially regarding possible exposure to temperature variations. Glass shouldn't just explode like that without extreme force. The lack of customer service offered in this situation left me disheartened. As a result, I will make more of an effort to shop locally, where there is a reputation for more loyalty and respect towards customers.

Such a pleasant shopping experience! Just ordered the De'longhi TrueBrew coffee maker. Glad I bought it here at the local store vs the online store. Best customer service! Maureen made my day after having a poor experience earlier elsewhere. Thank you!

Williams-Sonoma offers a wide selection of beautiful and high-quality kitchenware and dining sets. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse through their products. However, the prices of their products can be quite steep, making it less accessible for some shoppers. Additionally, the customer service experience can be hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others are less attentive. Overall, while Williams-Sonoma has some great products, the high prices and inconsistent customer service may not be worth it for everyone.

The worst customer service I’ve had! I made a purchase online, and after making the transaction, I was informed that they charged me $18 to pick up an item in the store. Their customer service was slow and inefficient. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, specially for brides to be. Worst service ever for bridal registry!
