Nice boutique, however the on-line presence is very poor. Hard to browse without actually driving to the shop with limited parking.

Rude. I never post bad reviews but they should seriously train their staff to be polite and helpful. Kind of at my limit with curt, disinterested employees.

Unique selection from casual clothing to hostess gifts and home furnishings accessories. Small enough to be personal, but large enough to hold you attention, it makes you want to come back.

The best store to ever exist. The owner is one of the most amazing, hardworking, beautiful, inspirational, and AMAZING MOTHER OF COURSE!! she deserves a lifetime of champagne, unconditional love and is owed many thank yous and ...apologies... but this store is one to support! The effort , artistic and creative team and minds from a true "willowette" will be someone you will be so grateful to have around. If your looking for one of a kind design work , Bev can create a wild , mismatch room for her daughter and jump right into creating a "rustic" or "farmhouse" down the street in flagstaff for your neighbors to drool and awe over . #bevisbomb

Wow! Years ago when we lived in Paradise Valley Farms I would frequent Willows when they were located at Hilton Village. When all my kids moved on to College, we purchased a beautiful home here in Arcadia and love it! We decided to live in the home a while to see what we could and couldn't live without. A massive undertaking, but almost 1 year and 5 months later, the home is complete. I knew Willows was down the street but did not go in there until this past Thursday. I have to say that I was completely shocked. Although I don't know, I would venture to say that it might have possibly been bought by someone else. The store is very very sparse. Nothing at all like it was at Lincoln Village. I really tried to find something that would work in our home. I found the prices to be ridiculous considering the prints weren't anything special. I do realize it's hard to compete with textile and sheets online. The staff seemed very friendly. I do wish you'd pick-up more of a collection to choose from. Also possibly picking up more accessories for the home.

Very nice decor items but nothing exceptional in furnishings that are in the store. The clothing is nice quality, again, and very classic. Too bad it is so expensive. Quality does not have to be that pricey. Also, better for the younger and thinner. Large is not really.

The Willows is a gem of a store situated right in the heart of Arcadia. The store is full of special things. You can find beautiful home décor, jewelry, clothing, candles, pillows and just unique items. The store itself is classy and elegant and very welcoming.. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They allow you to browse the store without being pushy. I have worked with Colleen many times. She has a good eye for putting things together. If you need help with a gift, she is full of good suggestions. Colleen also is amazing at gift wrapping! Visit The Willows!

I am in love with place and have been shopping here for the past four years. My only regret is that I didn't discover The Willows sooner.

I have had so much fun the past couple of weeks refreshing my bedding with the help of Colleen at the Willows! Colleen and Bev are so friendly and helpful. If I could live in the store I would.

This is my second trip back to the Willows. The Willows is a great hidden gem; a small hotel tucked away in the Lakeview area of Chicago. Everything you could possible need is within walking distance, so it's the perfect location if visiting someone in that area.

This store is special. It's not huge but it is elegant and well curated. From furniture to decor items to clothes. The owners and buyers put great care into their selections. If you're like me, you might feel like you wouldn't mind living there. My review gives 4 stars, as opposed to 5 for two reasons - First, the staff is great once you get a dialogue going but can be a bit more reserved, when you walk in. But they are knowledgeable and wonderful so don't hesitate to shop there. I even think the staff may intend for customers to shop and browse at their own pace. The staff is certainly not pushy ( a huge plus for me) and if you need assistance or have questions, all you need to do is ask. I appreciate their not jumping all over you but others may misinterpret it as they aren't helpful. I have found them to be wonderfully balanced in their customer service. Second, they have varying price points, including some gorgeous one of a kind and special antiques - mirrors, furniture, decor pieces. Obviously, those come at a higher price. So while I have been thrilled with my purchases and plan to continue being a devoted customer, some may find the prices high if they aren't expecting one of a kind treasures. As an informed consumer, I know that a french mirror, brought back from Europe is going to cost more than what you'd find in a chain decor store or more than a piece that didn't need to be crated and carefully freighted from Europe. Same with a stunning stone table. Those are the pieces that make a home super special, if you're lucky enough to be able to afford one. The Willows is a store where you can count on finding a special piece for gift or home.
