I am not the first by a long shot, but their billing department is a dumpster fire. The worst Ive encountered. They have time to threaten to send my wife to collections, but not to speak with us about billing.
Run far away from this practice.

Many of the staff members are kind and everyone is well-qualified. I will say the experience was a little cold, often feeling rushed. I went for about half a year for ovulation induction.
