Noteworthy details: This resort is super nice, with garages attached to most units and a very nice interior for the comforts of home. I highly recommend this resort.

Stayed here as an Worldmark owner for a few days. The property was nice the pools are heated.Now for the not so happy. The room we had was very dirty. There was hair, dirt, dust and hand prints on the wall. There was random paint spots on the wall all different colors as well as paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Pieces of the baseboard were missing. Rather than replacing the toilet seat in the second bath they painted it and looked like crap. Every morning couldn’t figure out why my daughter had a stuffy nose. Finally looked at the air filter and it was caked with dirt. Not sure it has ever been changed. The furniture was just a random items. The table had two different types of chairs that didn’t match what so ever. The couch was falling apart and the beds were pretty rough. I would expect this from some low end hotel chains but very disappointed in this property. I have stayed at several other property’s and they have always been great. I know it’s not all the rooms as I had family staying in other rooms and theirs was better, I would have been embarrassed if they stayed in a room like ours. Not sure I will stay here again. Hopefully they make it right.

partial power out on the first night... after we are settled in. No maintenance available till am. Power back 4 hrs later... and miraculously silences the loud whirring noise from outside that prevents me from falling asleep. Back for house dinner with deli food on the second night and... we cannot warm it up, neither in the microwave nor on the stove top. We eat cold options because maintenance checked out during our call to front desk. Somehow I am supposed to believe Worldmark that I am VIP and this is a VIP unit assigned to me. It also lacks working blinds (limited privacy), side table and reading light by the couch, and the normally expected folding stool for luggage in the large closet. The water heater supports 1.5 showers in a bathroom rated for 4 people... I think I can stop here.

Window screens are too dirty to see out of, lots of steep stairs to rooms, expected a view but got an interior room with minimal view, kitchen light flickers, ran out of hot water in shower and sheets were scratchy.

Worldmark Phoenix - South Mountain is a fine place to stay. Check in was fast and easy. Access to location was easy even with the road construction. Service has been great so far, I have needed a few extra things in my room and they have been accommodated. I'm staying in a 2 bed 2 bath condo, the size is ample, kitchen is large. Pool was clean too. No complaints.

Rooms are just alright compared to other resorts that I've been to. The staff is excellent as always, hats off to Val & Kaitlyn!Rooms: The room had a good view of moutains but are less comfortable compared to other resorts that I've been to (ie shouldn't have to purchase wifiabd too soft).

Beds/pillows are horribly uncomfortable. The floorboards have huge gaps between them. Towel ring just fell off the wall when I used it. If I was tricked into one of their contracts and had to pay maintenance fees for this place I would be furious. It's clean, so that is a plus.Like most Worldmark hotels you have to pay for wifi. Absolutely ridiculous. It is 2023 wifi is free at coffee shops how dare they charge $15 per day.My child was sick with a fever and they still forced us to drag ourselves out of bed for a ridiculous pitch meeting. I will never purchase anything from Worldmark again. At least the people delivering the pitch had basic human decency and made it quick for us.

Loved this place! Gorgeous, clean, has everything you could need. It's surrounded by a preserve so there is hiking right out the door. The staff was exceptional!

Rooms clean. Lobby has friendly staff. Pool was packed with lots of unsupervised kids and a birthday group doing a bit too much drinking.

A great place to stay with our family. We were in town for a concert we attended in the Phoenix area. The staff was amazing at check-in. Even the presentation we attended was very nice. We have been to others who were very high pressure. They folks were able to answer all our questions politely and made the experience enjoyable. The room was wonderful. We had a three bedroom unit. 3 different couples stayed in the same unit. The kitchen was small but adequate for our weekend needs. Overall, it was a very nice place in the Phoneix area to stay.
