Went to do a return today had just bought shoes yesterday and said shoes were ruined that she couldn’t do a return there are to ladies one is skinny and the other with glasses they are horrible customer service

Highly disappointed in the way the apparent shift manager acted. We had went to the counter with a shoe to ask the price and he Snatched it out my husband hand. Then followed behind my husband in a threatening manner trying to challenge him. When I tried to talk to him about it he explained it was a high vaule shoe so they keep them at the register. Okay but someone was handed a box of Jordan's shoes and walked right past him out the store with them. It was obvious his male ego got a better part of him to where he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional

Stopped by at 8:10pm on Saturday night and the doors were locked. Hours stated they close at 9:00pm. Saw a young man come out of the store and got into a 300 Chrysler and drove off. Very disappointing.

This store ran a blue tag promotion where you could get two pairs of shoes with the blue tag for 79.99. When I took our boxes to the front desk the cashier told us that one of the boxes wasn't part of the promotion and proceeded to rip off the promotion sticker bringing the total over $120. When Lill the assistant manager walked by we asked her why the shoes werent part of the promotion and she proceeded to yell the price on display is what they honored and complain about how we obviously weren't understanding when the boxes clearly have the blue tag.

The manger was Lilly was awesome. She really helped my daughter pick a shoes. She was very friendly. He has great customer service. I will recommend people to come to her store.

Drove all the way to this store and arrived at 8:43pm, only to find the doors locked. You could see someone still checking out, and finally a working was close to the door, I tapped on my watch and he just shook his head and pointed to I guess sone mngr at the register. So as the worker stood at the door waiting to let out the last customer, my girl asked him do you guys close early every night. He replied we close 5-10min early every night, lie cause this was easily 15min + before closing time. I'm sure corporate office gonna love to hear that they missed out me buying a 70.00 coat and twi pairs of shoes at 119.00 because a mngr thought his time was more important than the companies time that signs his checks. Horrible and no longer will I shop at this store.
And posted this even before closing time in the door, figure that!
