DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Took 3 weeks to get two shirts taken it. On top of that they MAKE you pay upfront!!! What? Then you get a text stating a time they are ready.. and guess what… that time isn’t the time. You will be asked to leave and come back when it’s convenient for them. I was genuinely shocked when the lady shooed her hand at me to leave and come back because the items they have for 3 FREAKING WEEKS were just barely getting started. Solid representation of your company.

Right after I purchased a Ralph Lauren coat, I was recommended to come here upon entry. I could tell I had stumbled into the real deal. I let them know what I needed and I was quoted a price immediately. I paid partial and when I came to pick it up exactly one week later. I paid the rest had no problem. Communication was excellent. I was asked the questions as needed, I chatted with the owner in there. She is stern and wants to get the West done correctly, which I absolutely appreciate. Overall Everything was amazing. Some people may see this as a simple Job, but no, it’s not simple or else I would be doing it myself. I provided some images of the work, which looks absolutely amazing. Stitching is clean like the factory. Thank you.

Incredibly rude. Walked in to ask for a sleeve to be hemmed and she said it would take more than two weeks because she has a lot of other clients. She said it in the rudest way possible and scoffed when I said I was surprised it would take so long for a sleeve to be hemmed.

Honestly, just really disappointed that I paid more than the dress cost itself for it to still be too big. I might as well use safety pens.

We measured out the sleeves but they were too short when I got it back. Moreover, it came back with a piece of the belt detached from the dress. My mom had to sew it back on - after spending over $100 on simple alterations, cutting off an inch from the bottom and a few inches off the sleeve. So upset, never going back. 0/10, do not recommend.

I was told it would be done in 1 week, it’s been 2 weeks and 3 different times and so far they have not been done when I came in.
I was recommended to try this place because they did good quick work. I took in pants and was told it would be a week to have the pants hemmed. I came back on the day the ticket said and was told it was not ready and “the person who does it is not in” so they could not give me an estimate and I had to call the Scottsdale location. Finally got an answer that they would be ready in 3 days on Wednesday. Came out from Gilbert on Wednesday and was told they had not been done and the person who would do it was not available. I explained the issue and they said they would have someone do it and come back in an hour. They did it quickly but the pants were over an inch too short. So I had to bring them back, again was told I had to come back when the person who did it was here. After going back and forth they kept the pants and said someone would call me the next day to say when they would be available. Nobody ever called, so I called and they said it would be ready Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told they were ready.
Drove out to get them and was told that they were in fact not ready, and once again I had to come back when the person who did it was here on Saturday . I was clearly annoyed by then, especially when I called and they said it was done. So they said they would once again do it real quick. Hopefully it’s right this time.

I’ve had two different garments fixed here. One dress with a ripped seam and a coat that needed the pockets sewn and two buttons fixed. This shop is fast and reasonably priced. They fixed both items in a day. Thank you! Just be sure you have cash or Venmo.

Beware! They’re extremely shady & disrespectful. I was giving 2 different prices from fitting to when I paid. They give you ticket that shows the date you arrived, date & time showing when alterations will be done. That being said. I can back a week later and they told me I need to wait another week. They chuckled in my face and told me I was wrong about the pick up date. How am I wrong when they provided the quote? They knew I was in a time crunch being on vacation for a wedding. Absolutely low class ran business. Just because the business is in a decent area does not mean anything. Respect your clients.

I’ve gotten a variety of clothes altered here, from work clothes to dress clothes to having my suite tailored, and they’ve always done a great job and are super friendly
