DISGUSTING AWFUL PLACE DO NOT GO!!!! Our food had a massive piece of plastic in it and when we talked to the servers about it, they forced us to throw it away ourselves and offered no apology. Even if the food didn’t have plastic in it, it tasted like the floor of a subway station bathroom. The servers were rude and acted like they wouldn’t care even if the store was set on fire. My friends and I suffered from discrimination, food poisoning, and mental distress from this awful experience. As a contributing member to society, I hope no one experiences the pain and trauma we suffered. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Save yourself the money and health and do not come.

One star because you can’t leave anything lower. If you like pink chicken, and unprofessional owners this is the spot to visit. To bad the workers are trained to provide an email at the bottom of the receipt to the customers in order to contact the owners.

Been coming here for the last couple months and haven’t been let down. Steve is always highly professional and keeps customer service and cleanliness his top priority! I’m at the point he has my order ready once he see’s me walking up, I may come here to much but that just shows its good food and better service!!

My mother and I went in today for the first time ever....it was clean and smelled good. The cashier was nice at first until we asked for extra sauce. She told us it was not for take home and we had to put it on our food in the store as they have no take home sauce containers or packets. We explained we wanted some on the side to dip and if we bought our food we didn't understand y we couldn't take a little home since we paid for our food. The cashier proceeded to say they could charge us for a sofa cup and we could put it in that. Makes no since to me that we can't get a small container for a little extra sauce we would have even paid for sauce packets. But weren't about to pay for a $4 soda to get sauce we should have been offered in the first place. The cashier then immediately turned around leaned over on the counter and continued playing on her phone as if she was at home on her couch. Would not ever recommend going here if you appreciate and want good customers service.

Order was WRONG.Asked to fix, they refused.Asked for managers name so when i call to discuss, they refused...2 staff refused to provide his name.One member offered to call. The manager told that member not to give his name to me.What horrible customer service.Then the little young worker snatched, or tried to snatch the reciept out of my hand on my way....Will never return to a place with zero accountability, whose not willing to fix their mistake or even provide access to a manager.WOW, AND WHAT HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP... why would he as a so called leader refuse to help costumers? I even walked through my order process so they could see the same thing on reciept.

Do not order the salmon bowl. You will only get a small piece with a large bed of rice. Don't waste your money!! When I asked for a refund, I was told they cannot issue refunds and to contact management via email. The staff also said several people have complained about the salmon portion in comparison to all other yogis locations yet they contine to rip you off. I'm still waiting on a response regarding my refund. I can see why this location is not very busy.

Absolutely horrible management here. I deliver food and I had a customer who asked to get 1 EXTRA teriyaki sauce. I had already left but I flipped around went back in for the customer. Only to have management tell me since I already left they cant charge the customer in the system ?. Really? For 1 extra teriyaki sauce. The customer had a Decent size order. Ill personally never eat at this restaurant.

This is my first ever review of a business and I feel that other people should be informed of how Yogi's staff treats their customers. So I literally eat at the Yogi's located at 24thst & Baseline in Phoenix no less than4 times a week mostly for lunch.However at 5:30pm I was completely shocked and upset of how I was treated by every single employee at this location. My food looked as if it was in the fryer oil too long and was well done and my food was a dark brown and the taste was HORRIBLE!!! I immediately spit it out after just one bite. And when I asked the front counter staff if they could please remake my food. And with a very rude tone of voice I was told we don't remake food or give refunds and if you want go ahead and email the company their email is on the receipt.I was beyond shocked that the employee's would even talk like that to customers and after they made those remarks to me. 6 people who were waiting in line to order told the front counter employee Nevermind we'll go somewhere else where they will appreciate their customers and walked out without ordering.Seriously Yogi's corporate needs to evaluate how their employees treat the public. So from now on going forward I will NEVER spend a penny at Yogi's Grill.And I'll make sure that the 20 plus employees at my company know how you treated me today at 5:30pm and I can guarantee you Yogi's CorporateYOU WILL see a drop in sales from 3pm until 7pm.P.S.That's why it always good to treat everyone with respect and don't go out of your way to be rude.Yours truly,One upset loyal (Ex) Customer✌️

I come here pretty much every single week and I always get the same thing today I went and order Gyozas and when I took a bite of one I noticed it’s tasted burnt I went back into the store to try and get some remade and they told me no there is nothing wrong with them and they are not giving me my money back when I told them I don’t want my money back I want some new ones since these don’t taste right because they are burnt they told me thats how they are made, I informed them how I come here all the time and get the same thing and I can even prove it, they still told me no that I can’t get my money back and they are not remaking my food so other words I was jacked for $20 dollars and got these nasty useless Gyoza I would no be coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever again at least at this location the people that work there are worthless they will just look at you like you are idiot they need to hire people that actually know how to cook

This was my first time ever going into this establishment. The cashier was friendly and helpful with picking out something similar to what I was looking for. That's why I gave the 2 stars. I ordered beef instead of the chicken. The meat was extremely tuff and tasted burnt and old disgusting. I couldn't and refused to eat it. With that being said I just wasted money there and I will not be returning.
