“Clay and his son are a great team! We broke down literally 50 miles from anything. We had also just picked up our car that morning from the dealership when it broke down on our vacation to Tucson. No one wanted to come out. Magnum was recommended by the closest Jeep dealership. He was there quickly and him first questions were are you safe and do you need anything water, food anything. They arrived with cold water in hand. After getting to the dealership he overheard that there were no rental cars available to go home until 2 days later. He helped us find an Airbnb. Great customer service!!!!”

“My minor son broke down 10 minutes outside of thatcher on his way home to Gilbert. My husband and I were out of town and couldn't help him. Luckily a Good Samaritan stopped and it was someone he knew so they were able to give him a ride home. I called my roadside assistance through State Farm. They said it was dispatched. 9 hours later, I hadn't heard anything, so I checked my car's location. Still on the side of the road on an Indian reservation. So I tried to chat and they told me it would be 2 days. Then 3. Unacceptable. They told me no local tow companies had accepted the job. Called Nuttall's and they said they had not received a dispatch to accept or decline. They went and got it for me at 12:30 am so that it didn't sit out all night. And they said it was less miles than they originally quoted me so it was a little cheaper! Great company with great service. State Farm's roadside assistance-not so much! Thanks for your help guys!”
