“Recently my husband and I took the kids up to pine top for a mini vacation while he saw some of his accounts up there. When we were checking out of the resort, our diesel truck wasn’t starting. Luckily, we found someone to help us give it a jump start. We didn’t make it far before we realized the truck wasn’t shifting gears the way it should. We pulled into an O’reilleys and the worker recommended we go to J&S Patriot Auto, which was right down the road. My husband explained to Jim what was going on and he said unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday (it was Saturday). In the car we had two 12 year olds and a very unhappy teething baby with a fever trying to make it home to Queen Creek before the snow storm. When Jim realized that, he said he would try to fit us in. We were so grateful! Turns out we needed a new alternator. We had to wait on the part for a couple hours in the waiting room, but again, we were just so grateful. He was a pleasure to talk to and he did a great job on our vehicle. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!! FIVE STARS!!!”

“My husband and I were in town for the weekend with our dog and our cars ac went out. (The trip back to Tucson was going to be intolerable without AC) Monday morning we reached out to Ed & Cathy and they happily made room for us in their already busy schedule. They replaced our AC compressor and got us on the road in no time. Ed and Cathy went above and beyond so far as to pick us up from a local eatery instead of us having to walk 20 minutes with our dog to their shop to pick up our car when it was done that hot afternoon. “These guys are the Click & Clack of Auto repair, radiator running hot, describe my issues they listened and went to work. Found a leak which had been an on going problem that big boys in Phoenix charged me and yet never solved the problem. Same day service done radiator replaced! Issue solved. Bought the car low mileage, longer in years, but radiator had never been flushed causing long term and costly repairs. I'm a handyman by trade when I walk into a multi million dollar home you have the wrong guy. Same thing here, if you have a problem their experience tells me they can find it without the book and computer. I plan on bring my cars to them on next vacation, for a good going over.”
