Battery Stores near Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ

“I had such a wonderful experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Pinetop, AZ, and I want to share my sincere appreciation for Rob, the store manager.

While I was driving in heavy rain, I suddenly discovered that both of the rubber blades on my windshield wipers had come off their tracks and were stuck underneath the wipers. I was struggling to see through the pouring rain and was desperately looking for an auto parts or repair shop. That’s when I spotted O’Reilly.

I pulled in and explained my situation to Rob at the counter. Without hesitation, he came out to take a look at my windshield wipers. He brought out a small step ladder and patiently worked on putting both rubber blades back into their tracks. It took quite some time and required a lot of patience and care, but Rob never made me feel like I was bothering him.

When he finished, I offered to pay him for his time and help. He firmly refused, telling me that helping customers is simply part of what he does.

That gesture truly touched me. I was so grateful that I honestly didn’t know how to express it. Rob didn’t just fix my windshield wipers—he gave me a sense of kindness and reassurance at a moment when I was stressed and struggling in the rain.

Thank you, Rob, for your patience, generosity, and genuine neighborly kindness. You made a difficult situation much easier, and your simple act of kindness warmed my heart.

I wish you and the entire O’Reilly team in Pinetop all the very best. People like Rob are a wonderful reflection of what customer service and community spirit should be. Thank you again, Rob!”

“Had issues with my batteries on my 19 2500 Ram today. Pulled them, band brought them to the Show Lo location. Was told that they do not carry my battery any more but took care of me with Duracell units instead. The owner and her son both helped me, must say it most definitely was a pleased to deal with them. They have a customer for life and I would also highly recommend them to anyone else up here on the mountain”
