They communicated updates to me and estimated times on things. I 100% recommend using them for paint and auto body! They even took care of some peeling paint in one small section that I wasn’t expecting, such excellent customer service!! Jackie and Jamie are the best, definitely go see them!!”
“Amazing service had a scheduled appt for glass replacement. Upon arrival was shown a small spot on the glass nothing that would cause a problem just a spot. Was given the option to have a new one ordered and installed the next day. Would recommend this place over and over again honest people that work here”

“The entire crew at Heck's Collision were honestly the best part of the whole ordeal when we were hit by a semi coming home from Flagstaff in May. The entire process was such a hassle and so stressful between the rental company and our insurance. Heck's did an amazing job on making this less stressful on our end. From the front desk when we dropped off the car, being friendly and empathetic to our situation. One of their employees were even kind enough to give us a lift to pick up our rental. The shop kept us updated on everything along the way, and even when the insurance tried doing things a certain way, they made sure that things were being taken care of the right way. We really appreciate that. I know my family and I are very grateful for all the work that was done, when we picked up our Outback it was like nothing ever happened.
