Really bad service from the person who was at the register. She doesn't know how to be in a customer service position. I am a manager somewhere and I no where near treat my customers that way. All this came about me drop something by accident and I picked it up she got upset I even apologized and she kept ranting her mouth and saying stupid comments I just has to be the bigger person as a customer.

Kind of a mess. Empty shelves, boxes of merchandise sitting everywhere that needed to be shelved, empty boxes sitting around. Merchandise scattered and not placed under correct price tags. But if you need something. It may be your closest choice.

This store had my business. HAD. I was a three times a week customer until this past Friday. Never once had I seen an associate respond to a customer with any type of negative words and or behavior until 7/23/22 close to the 4 o'clock hour.I was in line behind 1 other customer with adult diapers size XL for my mom who is 86 and feminine hygiene products for myself, when I was asked to leave for suggesting a customer having a valid completely call the better business bureau for paying more than the displayed cost. I asked for a reason to why I was not going to be served the worker gave no reason. I stated that I wasn't stealing or being disruptive, fighting or arguing with anyone. All I did was agree with the customer who was right in her argument by stating it's against the law to falsely display one price for merchandise and then ring it up at a higher amount. The worker agreed it was against the law but she agressivly reiterated "we just had a meeting and this and the price is whatever it rings up at. Further more she started questioning the older lady about items she was claiming to be overcharged for by asking " did you even buy this here? When did you buy it? So you want a refund? But the price it rings up at is how much it cost." The statements the worker made where done so in an aggressive tone, an angry demeanor, and a countenance that expressed annoyance and inpatients for the customer. The customer was older than me and she is Native. IDK how many people have witnessed or experienced first hand on how customer courteousy is given on different levels depending on your ethnicity or race. It sucks. It really does. What's sad is most of my people take the BS and agree to be wrong when in fact all they did was express a concern. All the while this lady is trying to support her argument in why she should pay the displayed price for her hot dogs and Ramen noodles the Family Dollar kept interrupting and arguing about why she's right and the customer is wrong until I suggested that the customer contact the better business bureau. That's when her agressive tone and attitude spat in my direction by asking me to leave without my own needed items and most importantly my mom's adult diapers. My parents are 86 and 81 who have been regular customers at this store since it was built but now we will not be able to shop there anymore because I spoke up on behalf of a Native American Woman who became timid after a worker's agressive behavior escalated with the volume of her tone.I was informed that I'm not allowed to return because I was harassing the stores today. If asking to speak to a supervisor with a valid complaint is harassment, does that mean that customer courtesy no longer exists?Like I said earlier, never once in all the years that this store was first opened did I have a complaint until now.The supervisor wouldn't hear me out because the worker (D) stated that I was the one she was talking about. Further more the worker answered my call where I asked to speak to a supervisor and told me she already said she'll handle the problem when corporate contacts her. So year's of mine and my family's business meant nothing to this store. I hope people will stand by by me in no longer shopping at this store who values no customer loyalty. I find it odd that this worker (D) is intercepting all my attempts to speak with her supervisor. Why?

DIRTY, DISGUSTING, COMPLETE MESS. NEVER GO HERE. This is by far, the worst kept store on the planet. Shacks in 3rd world countries are cleaner. I REALLY wish I had taken pictures because you would not believe the food, trash, disarray, broken everything. It's like a bathroom exploded and nobody bothered to clean it up! YOU WILL NEED A SHOWER AFTER VISITING HERE!
