“Look these guys are busy all day, clean trucks, maintenance checking things so they don't break on your run. They did right by me. I've noticed the system catches all their calls to a switchboard and their job is to get your cc,almost better to drive there. Don't take it out on these guys,just workers like you and me.”

Rob took ownership of our situation and did his level best to correct the situation. Our U-boxes were handled with care and immediately stored upon arrival, for which they were ready in advance. And then after a 3 month storage, Rob ensured our 5 boxes were ready for unloading the day of the final leg of our move. “Had a 7 round 4 flat wire set and brake controller installed on Thursday 7Aug2025 on a 2005 Toyota Highlander. With a few technical difficulties everything was pristine and perfect by Saturday.
