“I only recently got a storage unit with Pinetop Mini Storage but my experience so far has been great. My only feedback would be to update the phone number for contact (the main number listed online and on the facility sign needs to be updated). Otherwise, my experience has been great. Word to the wise, like many storage facilities, this one has a place for a live-in site manager. This space is currently being rented to a tenant that does not work for the storage facility. Rick is a nice guy but he would prefer not to be bothered as he has no connection with the storage company (other than renting a place to live). I highly recommend this storage facility. Their rates are very reasonable.”
“Great experience. The person I spoke to to rent a space was very polite and friendly. The storage unit worked out well for us. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there’s not a dumpster provided for the customers to throw trash in the dumpster, there is locked, which is understandable, but I wish there had been one for customers as I think it would be profitable to have their trash, dumped there rather than left in the storage space other than that it was a really good experience and the storage unit helped us a lot.”
“Had a 7 round 4 flat wire set and brake controller installed on Thursday 7Aug2025 on a 2005 Toyota Highlander. With a few technical difficulties everything was pristine and perfect by Saturday. Frank the manager did a fantastic job of assisting with the challenges and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Frank and the group. Great to work with ?”
