“We went there today to balance a tire because walmart messed up when they were patching a couple nail holes in the tire. They were great! We ended up helping an older woman with her service because she didn't have quite enough to pay so they helped us out in return. Great people! Highly recommend over Walmart and discount tire”

“Getting your car fixed, when something is wrong with it, is costly and intimidating. The parts cost something, their time costs something, but at Harris Automotive, they provided the most valuable thing for absolutely no cost… My trust in them. I feel like they cared about my safety and they did everything they could to keep me within a range that I could handle at this time… They also made a plan for me, so that I can continue fixing what is wrong with it, on a schedule that I can afford and accommodate with time… honestly, trusting someone with your vehicle is the highest value that you can obtain…. i’m always gonna recommend these guys.
And they did all of this today, basically on the holiday.???.
Needless to say, my drive home was sweet, because the anxiety had left my body.

“The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The poor mechanic was injured that day but still did an excellent job on my vehicle. I felt really bad when I saw him using crutches and wanted to rescedule my appointment. He was more than willing to do the job, though, so I just sat quite in the waiting room for 30 minutes or so. He came back to give me the keys and told me exactly what he did. He felt confident that the shaking/vibrating would no longer be there and made me aware of the dried mud that was in/on my tires/wheels. Also, told me to go back to Discount Tire to have them rebalance the new tires that I had them put on a week ago. The vibration is totally gone now. There was a huge pothole close to the "Y" (Route 61) that I believe caused my vehicle to fall out of alignment. Keep up the good work, guys. Oh, and, say hello to your cute dog for me.”

“Extremely fast and friendly service. Came into town with a blown tire, someone came out to the parking lot as soon as we drove in, took the bad tire and got to work immediately. All fixed and they mounted it and put the spare back in place and did everything so professionally.”
“Chase took care of us. He went above and beyond to help us out. I had a german car with safety lug nuts. I couldn't find a tool removal anywhere near in any stores. I had to get back to tucson. He was able to compromise and use a different tool to fix the problem and help me out. He gave me a great deal on my tires. I was able to get back home same day. Such an amazing person and hard worker.
