“The entire crew at Heck's Collision were honestly the best part of the whole ordeal when we were hit by a semi coming home from Flagstaff in May. The entire process was such a hassle and so stressful between the rental company and our insurance. Heck's did an amazing job on making this less stressful on our end. From the front desk when we dropped off the car, being friendly and empathetic to our situation. One of their employees were even kind enough to give us a lift to pick up our rental. The shop kept us updated on everything along the way, and even when the insurance tried doing things a certain way, they made sure that things were being taken care of the right way. We really appreciate that. I know my family and I are very grateful for all the work that was done, when we picked up our Outback it was like nothing ever happened. “Shaun (hope I got name right) came out for a flatbed tow of my 2022 Maverick to Ford Dealer. My truck was dead, battery was fully charged but it would not start. Turned out it was a defective “smart” battery. Shaun reviewed the truck and what it was and was not doing. Before loading on truck since we could not place in neutral he wanted to try using his jump box even though battery showed full. Viola, it started! He then followed me to Show Low Ford to make sure I made it! Great guy. Great service!”

“There is no way to express our gratitude to Excel Towing for their assistance in turning a major kink into our wonderful mini vacation into a supernatural wonderful experience. We were very stuck knee deep in sand at the Black River. Deciding to leave our vehicle and hike out about 12 miles, we would get to sleep safely that night, only to wake and then have to find a tow company (in a small town) that would help us get the vehicle up, out and back on the road. In the morning, It didn't take but one phone call to get Excel Towing on the phone. The guy on the other end of the phone gave us peace of mind that he could meet us approx. 11 AM. Of course, my guy didn't leave it there, but instead called a few other back up companies, which at best, if they even answered the phone, did not offer the confidence we received from the one call to Excel. Excel Towing called, nearly right at the time, as to when they said they would call. Not only did they give us a call, they were waiting down stairs for us. I can tell you that it wasn't all talk. Our driver got us back to the truck and pulled us out and back on our trail in short order. That wasn't all: The driver led the way out of the canyon. Once on the road, Jim needed a Red Bull out of the cooler. He pulled over to hit the ice chest. Do you know that driver saw us stop, and then he stopped until he saw us proceed down the road again. That is commitment to your profession and he accepted us to his charge. I'm not one to go outside the scale set 0-5 stars/0-10 stars, but so impressed by this company we would recommend them ten stars. Thank you Excel Towing.”
