Prescott Valley Ace Hardware is a large, bright, clean, and well-organized store with a great selection. It offers tools, plants, fertilizers for special needs, and some hard-to-find items. The customer service is excellent, with very helpful staff that provides technical advice and design tips. Staff members are more than helpful in locating supplies and the right parts, even assisting with installations. The store has great little surprises throughout, including a well-regarded kitchen gadget area. While sometimes a little more expensive than other retailers, the store's helpful hardware service and expertise make it highly recommended.
