My Jeep Wrangler battery was dead, I mean, the door locks didn’t work dead and I had to use the key to open it. At the time I needed to run an errand….right….charged it for a couple of hours, got enough charge to get the engine started, drove to the Batteries Plus in Prescott Valley, right down from the new Discount Tire store. Got there at 5;00pm. They tested the old battery and sure enough, it was failing, OEM battery, three years old.. They had my battery size and model in stock, installed it and I was on my way to my errand in 20 minutes. Great guys, great price, great service.

I was greeted immediately and was told to drive my SUV to the service door.The two gentlemen looked over my battery and spent about a half hour fixing my terminal connectors No charge! They could have easily sold me a new battery but they were honest ! Great Customer Service !”
