I have been with T-Mobile for a few years and I have decided I want to switch so when I walked into boost I was met with kindness an a smile from Amanda she asked me what I was looking for in a new phone and she gave me ever option she had and I was amazed with her knowledge and understanding of what I wanted and I will definitely be back soon to get my new phone

After a frustrating experience with another carrier, I wasn't real hopeful when I walked into the store. Then I was greeted by Amanda, and immediately she not only listened but HEARD ME! I was planning on a basic phone with the lowest plan. She wanted to make sure I was going to be able to meet my needs and leave confident with my decision. She didn't hard sell me, she asked what my usage, phone expectations and budget were and gave me options with full explanation and had patience with my "tech challenged level" lol. This is actually the 1st review I've ever taken time for, and it's all because I was blessed to experience the outstanding service of my phone angel Amanda. If looking for a change or new service, GO SEE HER!

Recently I went into this store, which I haven’t been into in a while. I was pleasantly surprised with one of their new employees. Her name is Amanda and she was immensely helpful. She answered every question I had and even offered me additional information I didn’t even think about. It was a great experience and I really appreciated her expertise. Thanks girl!!!

Amanda She was super understanding, takes her time, didn't get frustrated when I had questiand really knows how to interact with difficult customers and handle them with kindness. Very professional and an understanding worker. The person I will be go for to get all off my new phone set up from now on.
