I'm so done with Boost Mobile! I've been a paying customer for years and the network just gets worse and worse!! Thus " New better Boost Network" Is a sham!! IT SUCKS!! I can't even use my phone or connect to a network unless I'm on wifi!! I pay money evey month for the insurance and they deny my claim!! I'm pissed and I'm done!! And I only gave 1 Star so I could write this review! They deserve 0 stars...0!!

Your company disconnected Kevin McLaughlins phone Oct 5 with no notification or notice. He went to your store and said the auto payment stopped in May and you haven’t been paid since then, although he never stopped the auto payment. Your company told him that he could no longer use his phone number and there way nothing they could do for him. He had to buy a burner phone. We want answers as to who made this error with your company. Terrible service. No notification. We are going to pursue this with the TV station, “3 on your side” to get to the bottom of this. You offered him nothing. We’re going to switch to Verizon. He’s been with your company since 2006. Someone at your company screwed up. It has caused great stress. Has to notify all his contacts and get a new number because of Boost error. We want answers

This phone service is down more often than it is up. The towers are usually down for 'maintenance' or 'upgrades', but they don't work 80% of the time, and it is the same situation for the Boost1 App and the website. The situation got so bad that Boost broke my SIM card and left me unable to perform 2-step verification for two weeks.

I am a new client of Boost Mobile, I was lured in with promises of a better world (internet). I was told 40gb would be more than sufficient for what I need. Well that lil girl lied to me... My Internet has been buffering nonstop, my hotspot is not hot. NO HOTSPOT whatsoever, and apparently I'm not allowed to receive pictures thru text. I can't exactly blame Boost it could be the lil girls they hire.BUT BEWARE, it's an internet jungle out there.
