I’ve had a storage unit here for quite some time and all belongings are safe and in a controlled climate and the staff there is amazing ! Kat has always been so wonderful! I highly recommend this facility !

I only needed a unit for a few weeks while I moved my business location. The price was spot on, the facility was clean and safe. Very well maintained and monitored.The staff were all excellent at making sure everything was in order and took the time to answer questions.I definitely recommend this one, I’ve used a few others up here with less than stellar results.I’ll only use Budget going forward.

Ordered a unit online and go my items stored within hours of purchase. There was a lock on the door when we arrived but I called and a lady came out and removed the lock. Luckily I caught her at a good time because the office was technically closed at the time I showed up. Easy to access and the unit was clean!

We were told that if we emptied the storage before the 10th, we would be reimbursed for the rest of the month. They lied!!! Beware!!!

Clean and well managed facility. I have been buying units professionally in the quad city area for north of a decade and this is the facility that I trust with my personal stuff. It isn't cheap, but they are priced competitively with the other facilities in the area. Their unit insurance feels like a bit of a cash grab and the late notices can get excessive, but overall I would say they are one of the best facilities in the area.

I am disappointed that the rates were raised without just cause. It doesn’t cost any more this year to sit and look at my storage unit than It did last year. This unit was already over priced at $220 and now it’s $245. And I see If you are a new customer now the 10 x 20 is $290

I will be renting 2 units at this location, especially because Megan F. was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made the process very easy and although I met her at the other location, where she was filling in, I wanted to continue working with her at her usual location. She took all the time needed to show me different units and made very helpful suggestions to make this process seamless and help me choose the best units for my needs.

We have used them for 5 years. If it were not for the amount of stuff we have in storage we would leave immediately . (It’s costly to have to move our stuff again...)Why…. The lights over our inside storage units were burned out for over 6 months. That means you have to bring a flash light to look in your storage units. We reported this to the on-site folks and……it was dramatic. I was told they couldn’t just replace it right now. Really, I personal don’t consider 6 months as right now. The bulbs that were burned out lit half of a floor isle….3 blind mice could see there was an issue…for MONTHS.False or negligent charges. In the past few months we were informed that we would have to prove we were insured. The request was out of the blue…. We provided our insurance when we rented initially and were told ….that’s all we need. But…we follow the rules and...with in 72 hours of the email….we called them and figured out what the mechanism was to prove our insurance. (It was not clear in their email…actually their email was totally lacking….other than telling you your going to pay up…soon). We followed their process and It did not matter…they charged us….we called them…they acknowledged they had issues and then they negligently charged us again. They said they would refund us… they did not…they credited us… There is a difference. If I had owed them I think they story would play out differently.This place is screwed up. They are quick to raise the rent often and …..slow on service and competency. We have always been on autopay and they have sent me invoices stating I was behind on paying….really on autopay? THATS ODD….or IMPOSSIBLE….unless the banking system crashed…. When I called to figure out why was “warmed” I was told “your payment is behind”…basically I was told it is a pre-warning everyone gets. I asked for what reason…why warn someone who has NEVER missed a payment. Apparently it is good business to screw with Veterans as I told the lady I spoke to that I was a retired Marine who had NEVER missed a payment for anything….EVER. The lady I spoke to basically laughed at me. I assume that meant screw you and your service?If you want incompetent service with a spoonful of condescending attitude…this is the place to come and be ill-served. My next stop is BBB.
