I have had an excellent experience. They helped me with some notary services and I was so impressed with the people and service that I left OneAZ without any hesitation to become a chase customer. In addition they give veterans and service members a very good deal.

This branch of Chase is terrible. I can been a Chase customer for 20+ years and have always been treated courteously in all the other branches I have been to. The branch management here is absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. The tellers are wonderful (when there is one there) but the manager at this branch is callous and disrespectful. I highly recommend you do not go to this branch to do your personal or business banking.

Just had an amazing experience with Topeaka Miles at this bank. Had to get several documents notarized and she made the experience very enjoyable. We both highly recommend this branch, and especially Topeaka!

Worst customer service. The older woman at the branch, her name is Topeka, was very rude. Even my son said she was condescending. Tried calling this branch for days to get an appointment but nobody answered the phone, although every time I visit the branch, you see employees in their cubicles helping no one but staring at their monitor. The teller told me I can schedule an appointment online. I tried that, but the next available date is light years away. I said I'll wait until one of the employees decided to work, I was told I can't do that. I wonder how they get away with this kind of customer service. Corporate should know about this people and how they waste time at work.

I tried scheduling a notary appointment with this branch today simply to witness my signature. I was told i would receive a call back. Never got a call. Drove to the bank to wait for a notary. I was told I couldn't wait and I'd have to schedule an appointment. I told them I called without a call back, they said they're busy. Well perhaps I'm not too busy to pull my money out of Chase. There are other banking options in town!

I have been paying my auto loan at chase banks for years with my debit card. Today after driving out of my way because closer branch is still closed, standing in long line, I was told by Teller and supervisor that I had to sign my debit card...??? They refused to process my Chase Auto Loan. I called corporate office and they had never heard of such a thing... some made up policy? Another reason that I don't like Chase Bank and I stay with my bank.

I was shocked at the poor service I received when I went into this bank to add a name and remove another from our company account. What should have taken 15 minutes at the most, cost me and my co-workers 1-1/2 hours each of work time. And at the end, we weren't allowed to accomplish what we needed to do because of an error on their part. We had an appointment, and were left waiting 1/2 hour. Then the banker that helped us was not knowledgeable of what needed to be done, and she had to ask a supervisor for help 4 times, leaving us wondering. Her professionalism was so lacking, mumbling, telling us the account didn't exist, sitting sprawled on her chair. We were ready to close the account and go to another bank down the street. My colleague was able to finally get information from her that could solve the problem, but the damage was done. Very poor customer service!

Went in yesterday to open a business checking account and after an hour they finally told me they couldn’t do it. I have two other accounts with them. I went to my wife’s little tiny local bank and they had it done right away.
