These people have been so unhelpful trying to get two different documents two different times and denied being able to get a notary done.

This bank establishment is horrible sure don't do the speed of light to accomplish anything you put the customer first yeah right if you have any questions they put you through over seas where you can't even understand what there saying my sister was hacked 2 times in 3 weeks my mother hated now I'm missing money from my account and they'll say ok we will issue a new card how about with all the online updates they don't do anything over the weekend I was told 1 minutes to speak to a supervisor it was 23 minutes I had to give my name 4 different times I would not recommend this bank supervisor couldn't answer 2 out of 3 questions you want someone in charge of your bank account like that well I don't your money is yours and you work hard for it .

Recently had a fraud alert on my debit card and Chase had to issue me a new debit card. I had to go to the bank to get cash out for the holiday weekend until I received my new card. Lorna was so kind and went above and beyond to show me how Chase had already assigned me a new debit card and how I could use it on my Google Paywallet through contactless...What great info this was! Thank you Lorna!

If you check my reviews, you’ll notice that I typically either post when I’ve had an exceedingly excellent experience, or when I’ve had an exceedingly frustrating one. In today’s age, post-pandemic it is at a minimum every human beings duty to understand that they deeply impact the lives of those whom they serve. When you work for a corporation, you are serving others. My three experiences at this branch in seeking support have been nothing short of going below and beyond on the part of the manager and staff. It’s saddens me that condescending tones from males, who perceive themselves to be in positions of authority over others, is still happening in our world. It’s sad to know that there are people who live in our community who choose not to go above and beyond for the “little man”. Just because I do not have tens of thousands of dollars to deposit into my account does not mean I do not deserve to be treated with full dignity and respect. As a previous employee of Chase Bank, I am fully aware of how much Chase Bank empowers, their bankers and managers to go above and beyond for their clients. This branch is not embracing that.

The worst bank to have your money in. They don’t even deserve one star. I transferred a big sum of money this branch. Open a new checking account. Once my check cleared, 30 mins later they immediately close my account with no explanation. Not allowing me to withdraw any money out of the account. Was left without money or debit card for about a week. This bank is a Joke!

Even though my grandmother who passed away. Chase will not do money orders unless you have a account with them. Even if you're a veteran in from out of town and need to get funds to a money order couldn't make acceptation at Prescott valley chase bank

If you need help with anything from opening an account or securing a loan, Topeaka is the woman you want to see. Extremely knowledgable, helpful and kind. Excellent customer service. Chase knew what they were doing bringing her on. She is here to help us all succeed! We will always seek her out as our point of contact and are very grateful for her service.

Absolute worst customer service of any bank I've ever dealt with. We went into a different Chase branch on Saturday to open a couple accounts and they couldn't help us without an appointment. Called this PV branch this morning for an appointment this afternoon and they are booked solid with appointments - can't help us. Chase has great incentives to open an account and now we know why - unless you schedule days ahead, they can't help you. They definitely lack in customer service. Never have a problem just walking into BOA or Wells Fargo and being able to see a Personal Banker, even if you have to wait a little while.
